Britney Spears Goes Shopping

It’s pictures like these that make me glad I’m a troll in my basement. Just me and my laptop rocking myself to sleep at night never having to interact with humans and have my social skills plummet to an all-time low. Life is good.

Britney looks very stressed at the throngs of photographers that must be hanging around the Vionnet Boutique on Robertson Avenue, although we can see some of them, I don’t think it captures the full picture. Mind you, some would say she shouldn’t shop where the pappers regularly hang out.

On The Set of ‘The Beautiful Life’

Mischa Barton, Elle MacPherson (looking incredibly beautiful) and Ashton Kutcher are on location in New York filming ‘The Beautiful Life’. People continue to be concerned for Mischa following her release from Cedars-Sinai last month. Family friend Eric Ziegenbein told Heat magazine:

“It’s scary to see her out right after she’s received treatment. When I found out she’d been partying again, I was shocked. I thought she would chill out for a bit. “The fact she was out right away proves she’s not taking things seriously enough. It was like a big ‘f**k you.’ She’s too proud and independent sometimes.”

He’s not the only one concerned. Friend Suzanne Coppin:

“She has a support group, but it’s obvious she’s ignoring them. I’m disappointed she’s not taking advice and is still doing her own thing.”

Russell Brand Gets All Wet

Russell Brand is on the set of his movie ‘Get Him To The Greek’ kissing older women in London. During the filming a passerby pushed Russell into a fountain with great force apparently. But he refused to press charges and Twittered:

“I am refreshed. It’s not the first time I’ve frolicked in that wretched fluid.”

On September 13 he is hosting the MTV Video Music Awards and hopes Britney Spears wins for Womanizer:

“I realise Britney perhaps wrote Womanizer about me, so I’d like that to win.”

He totally has it bad for her.

Lindsay Lohan is all smiles as she leaves the Ivy Restaurant and earlier in the day shopping at Arcade Store in Los Angeles.

Perhaps she is all smiles because, reportedly, she and Samantha Ronson are back on. It’s still early and tomorrow’s another day, right?

Eunice Kennedy Shriver Has Died

Sister to President John F. Kennedy and mother to California First Lady Maria Shriver Schwarzenegger, Eunice Kennedy Shriver has died at the age of 88.

For the last week, Eunice has been in critical condition Cape Cod Hospital in Barnstable, Mass.

In 1968 she organized the first Special Olympics which was inspired by her sister Rosemary who was mentally disabled.
