Lindsay Lohan goes shopping with some friends at Ina in SoHo dressed all in black and rocking some open toe boots.  These boots seem to be the latest ‘in’ thing and I’m not sure how I feel about them.  I love the leg part, but I wonder if I would feel conflicted wearing boots that have open toes.
