I’m not sure what a girdle machine is but it sounds painful.  Is it an actual girdle or is their a machine?  Despite modelling lingerie two months after giving birth in the past, Heidi Klum insists she doesn’t take extreme measures to regain her pre-pregnancy figure:

“I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that. For me, it’s really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children and going to the park – normal things.

“I’ve never done diets. But I also do not sit on the couch with my feet up and eat one potato chip bag after the next and one burger after the other. I think you have to kind of do a little bit of everything.”

The supermodel who currently has 3 children and is expecting a fourth with husband Seal, doesn’t feel pressure to get back and shape, put doesn’t off getting back into shape either:

“I never really put a lot of pressure on myself, but for me personally, I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately. I feel like if I drag it out too long, I’m not going to do it.

“So for me it works to kind of get back into shape, afterwards, I feel great. I can put my normal clothes back on and it makes me happy, and it’s worked so far.”

Besides her tips, I think her and Seal burn a lot of the calories off.  Those two are still so hot for each other.

Chris Kattan premiered his 3-part mini-series ‘Bollywood Hero’ at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York last night. The show aires August 6, 7 & 8. Attending the premiere with him:  Neha Dhupia, Pooja Kumar, Rachel Dratch, Seth Myers and Ali Farzal.

This is surprising and sad.  Paula Abdul has confirmed (via her Twitter page) what we’ve all been wondering for the last little while:

“With sadness in my heart, I’ve decided not to return to Idol,” I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day one become an international phenomenon.”

“What I want to say most, is how much I appreciate the undying support and enormous love that you have showered upon me. I do, without any doubt, have the BEST fans in the entire world and I love you all.”

She was to return to work tomorrow where tapings were going to begin in Denver.   There has been a lot of talk over Ryan Seacrest’s paycheque and Paula Abdul expecting to be compensated fairly.

I think her saying she was part of a show that ‘I helped from day one become an international phenomenon’is very telling.  There appears to be great disparity between what Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest makes versus Paula Abdul.  I can see why Simon makes the big bucks but why Ryan would make more than Paula Abdul leaves me a little confused but then again I don’t watch the show religiously to know if his contribution is greater.  Something tells me it’s not.  

Fox released a statement regarding her decision not to return:

Paula Abdul has been an important part of the American Idol family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show,” FOX TV says in a statement. “While Paula will not be continuing with us, she’s a tremendous talent and we wish her the best.”

My first thought from this main picture?  Katherine Heigl looks smug.  It’s all kind of like ‘look at me biatches, look what you can’t touch’.  My second thought?  Put your tongue back in your mouth, K? 

We get it.  You’ve got Gerard Butler all enraptured and I’ve got my laptop.  I am not liking the way he looks at her or the way he touches her.  At all.  This is not sitting well with me.  At all.

Jennifer Aniston looks hot (both literally and figuratively) as she films her scenes for ‘The Bounty’ in my favourite place New York!  What a figure!  No wonder her and Gerard Butler are having a torrid love affair where they sex each other up all the time (that expression cracks me up).  He he he…I’m just seeing if you folks read my drivel.
