It has been forever since I’ve seen pictures of this hunk of a man.  Patrick Dempsey is in Los Angeles filming Valentine’s Day and texting his undying love for me.  Sometimes we can do this all day long.  Quite frankly I don’t know how either of us gets any work done. 

McDreamy returns to Grey’s Anatomy with the 2-hour season premiere on Thursday, September 24.  Only 21 more sleeps!!
