US Magazine has the exclusive on the split up of Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley.   Keep in mind though, that this has not been confirmed by either rep at this time.  According to a ‘source’:

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on,” “Divorce papers will be filed any day now”

According to this source she forced him out of their $9.5 million, 12,000-square-foot estate in L.A.’s Bel Air.

Another source describes Deryck as crushed.  If this is true it is very sad.  However, the couple who have been married for three years, did get married very young and that is tough enough but in La La Land it seems almost impossible, doesn’t it?
