It’s all clear to me now why I woke up in such a fabulous mood:  George Clooney has arrived in Toronto.  My man meat radar picked up on it.  I feel kind of warm and tingly inside 

George is in town for the Toronto International Film Festival or TIFF to premiere his two movies ‘Up In The Air’ and ‘The Men Who Stare At Goats’.  And yeah the pictures all kind of look alike but I’m kind of crazy enough to include them anyways.

I’m going to see ‘Up In The Air’ on Sunday and I am hoping and praying (and making a deal with the devil) that he is there.

Rihanna is seen outside her New York Cityhotel showing off to the pappers her animal print nails and tattoos.  I think today I’m going to look for some animal print undies.  It’s been a decade or so since I’ve rocked a pair. 

RiRilooks happy.  And when RiRi’s happy, I’m happy.  And when I’m happy my husband’s happy, because if I’m not happy he’s not happy.  He he he.  Married women know what I’m talking about.  Holla.

And in conjunction with the publication of the police photos of Rihanna battered after Chris Brown assaulted her, two female police officers have been suspended after a probe into the photo leak.  

One officer is based in the Wilshire Area station and the other at the Hollenbeck Area station.  They are under suspension and had their homes, offices and lockers searched as part of the investigation.  Additionally they face disciplinary action and possibly a charge of identifying a victim of domestic violence if their involvement is proved.

If they are responsible (clearly someone is), shame on them.

Who has time for acting when there is shopping to do?  Lindsay Lohan gets her shop on in SoHo while her mom Dina takes a cigarette break.

Now Lindsay can career shop as she has been named style consultant for French design house Emanuel Ungaro.  And, believe it or not, their’s drama in fashion.  Shocking I know.  Seems her predecessor Esteban Cortazar was reportedly furious about having Lindsay Lohan associated with the luxurious brand.

Unphased, Lindsay tells WWD.com:

“To be in a position where I’m working with a fashion house in Paris sets it apart from every other celebrity brand.”

Yes.  Nothing like a veiled (or not-so-veiled) catty dig toward your fellow celebrities who have a fashion line that just doesn’t quite measure up to what you are doing. 

And the fashion house’s CEO Mounir Moufarrige is equally delighted:

“Everything we’re going to get is going to be a plus. I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big.”

Lindsay herself  is expected to launch a full range of clothes within the next two years to compliment her legging line.
