I must admit I’m a little ashamed of myself for doing this post because I really haven’t allowed myself to get caught up in the Kate/Jon Gosselin frenzy that is their marriage and I made a silent little vow to myself not to do posts on them, especially now that they are dragging each other through the mud.

I do know that he was on Larry King on Friday night (??) talking a great talk about how it’s now for the kids, blah, blah, blah. Of course this coincided with the fallout he had with TLC and how he is dropped from the show but he did ’seem’ sincere about putting the best interests of the children first and foremost.

So I thought it mighty peculiar that the last couple of days since that interview, his puss is splattered all over the place sans kids of course.  Of particular interest was him having lunch at The Ivy, because nothing says low-key and inconspicuous more than having lunch at The Ivy, am I right?  

And then of course building a milkshake at Millions of Milkshakes but that’s not publicity for him because his milkshake has 8 ingredients for his 8 children, cuz it is all about them after all.  So now I’m starting to think ‘douchebag’ (not that I didn’t think it before).   There is also a picture of him at a baseball game that I don’t think I’m allowed to post, but it just goes to show it ‘appears’ Jon is on quite the little publicity tour.   Perhaps he is feeling the need to secure employment, but for someone who recently said he hated that he couldn’t live a normal life, this doesn’t make sense.

TMZ is now reporting that he ‘allegedly’ emptied his joint bank account with Kate of $200K leaving her barely $1,000 in it.  Why that ought to feed 8 kids for a very long time, no? 

TMZ is also reporting that Kate has hired lawyer Marty Singer who is considered a pitbull in legal circles to go after Jon.  There is a court order to freeze their account so that one can not withdraw funds without the consent of the other. 

I guess Jon’s version of ‘saving the marriage’ as he told Larry King he wanted to do, is quite different than the average person’s?

Gerard Butler looks exquisite as he rocks the October 2009 cover of Angeleno Magazine where he talks about growing up, getting into law, his love life and acting. 

Even director of Law Abiding Citizen F. Gary Gray considers Gerard charismatic and likens him to Humphrey Bogart:

I think he has the opportunity to be the next leading man who lasts.  Gerard had lived life before he really broke into this industry, and that brings a depth to his performances.  Bogart was a great leading man who started late in life and brought a realness to the screen you could accept.  Gerard has that.

It seems living that life before getting into show business has helped him cope with the pressures:

Jessica Alba, Cash Warren and their adorable baby girl Honor Marie are seen here leaving the Grilled Cafe in Los Angeles after lunch.

I must say I love the colour of Jessica Alba’s hair.  It goes lovely with her skin tone.  Her daughter is just the cutest little girl.  I love that little hairband!

What a line up, huh?  They are all on the German show ‘Wetten Dass…? (which means Wanna Bet?).  The show is  incredible because they have top celebrities on (sometimes several at one time) and can get them to do all sorts of things which is the betting part for sure, lol.  Sometimes my brilliance really shines through, no?

Whitney Houston, Tokio Hotel and our Canadian girl Nelly Furtado all performed (seperately) on the show!.  They seem in awe of the hair of Tokio Hotel’s Bill Kaulitz and quite frankly I am too.  Is it a wig?  With naturally curly hair I have a very difficult time making it straight, I have to wonder how long it takes him to do his hair like that?

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have a girls’ night out at STK Restaurant in Los Angeles last night.  Oh yeah, Kourtney’s baby daddy, Scott Disick was also there so a little testosterone was in the mix.
