Former Cheetah Girl Adrienne Baillon appeared at Millions Of Milkshakes in West Hollywood where she created her own signature shake that included these delicious ingredients: Ferrero Rocher, Almonds, Cookie Dough, Nutella, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups made with Vanilla Ice Cream.

I don’t even want to consider the calories in that bad boy.  I am loving her purse!
