Kiefer Sutherland is looking quite delicious on the set of ’24′ in Los Angeles. I am loving the pectoral area of his outfit.

It almost makes me forget those nightmarish rumours that he is getting back together with his ex-wife Kelly Winn. Almost, but not quite.

Although it makes me wonder if he is playing hard to get with me, my main concern is if it is true, there is a chance he moves or she moves in.  If this happens they are bound to find me hiding in their closet.  Call me crazy but ex-wives don’t usually like crazed stalker chicks.

Robert Pattinson likens the frenzy surrounding Twilight to a virus:

“We went to Japan earlier on in the year. There wasn’t that much of a reaction – but last week when we went again, it suddenly exploded, the same as in England. ”I don’t know how, it just explodes so quickly. It takes seven months to take hold – it’s like a virus.”

These days Robert feels like a doctor with the hours he is working:

“I’ve been working so much this year that it’s almost like living in an alternate reality. You’re doing doctor hours. Every doctor I’ve ever spoken to says the same thing, that you have no idea what’s going on other than working. You’re away from your family and friends, and all that stuff.”

I would totally let him convince me he’s a doctor.  Like that hasn’t happened to me all the time before?

And it isn’t just the youngins that are loving them some RPattz:

“Recently I’ve had less direct contact with people because there’s way more security and stuff on set. But I always find it funny when older people come up to me. There was a woman the other day who must have been in her 90s! And they say exactly the same things as 12-year-old girls. That is kind of bizarre.“

I thought he was flattered when I said those naughty things to him!  My bad.

Kristen Bell attended the Maxim And Ubisoft Launch Of ‘Assassin’s Creed II‘ at Voyeur in West Hollywood last night.   I don’t even know what that means or entails except probably free stuff.  She was in good company last night:

Janet Jackson will open the American Music Awards with a special medley and Whitney Houston will perform for the first time in 10 years singing her single ‘I Didn’t Know My Own Strength’ and also be presented with the International Artist Award. Whitney has won 21 AMA’s over the course of her musical career.

AMA producer Larry Klein:

“We’re honoured to have Whitney Houston back on the AMA stage after 10 years.  ”She has won the most AMAs of any female artist in history and is without a doubt an international superstar so it’s only fitting we honour her with the International Artist Award this year at such an important time in her career.”

Other celebrities set to perform include Rihanna, Shakira, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez and the Black Eyed Peas. The awards will air on November 22 at 8/7 c.

Taylor Swift broke down in tears after winning Entertainer of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards last night making her the youngest person in history to do so.  And if that isn’t enough, she won in every category she was named in: Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year for Fearless and Music Video of the Year for Love Story.

Taylor is on quite a career and personal high with having just hosted Saturday Night Live to rave reviews, and let’s not mention her relationship with a certain very hot werewolf!

Russell Brand has taken his ‘Scandalous’ tour to the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Ireland and looks pretty animated doing so.  He and his lady love Katy Perry have recorded a duet together that started out as a joke.  They sang Edward Lear’s 1871 poem The Owl and the Pussycat, an ode said to be a “very private personal joke” between the couple.

A source tells Britain’s Sun Newspaper:

“Russell was just messing around in the studio with Katy. He was pretending to sing into the microphone and started reciting the poem, The Owl And The Pussycat, with the lines, ‘Oh lovely Pussy! Oh Pussy my love, what a beautiful Pussy you are’. ”It transpired the poem is a private joke between the couple. They often use the nicknames Owl and Pussycat. Russell is ‘Owl’ because he’s wise and, well, it’s fairly obvious that Katy’s a sex kitten, isn’t it?”

The source goes on to say:

“He has an amazing delivery,” the source said. “Katy blushed at the line, ‘O let us be married, too long have we tarried’ then joined in, singing a refrain to Russell’s speech. ”That’s when it dawned on everyone. It was actually really good. With work, it could be a really interesting track, evocative of The Goons or Monty Python. They were very harmonious. Everyone was transfixed.”
