Taylor Lautner graces the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and when asked by the magazine if he is dating Taylor Swift (the worst kept secret EVA) he coyly said maybe, but went on to say:

“We got along great. We instantly clicked. And she’s – she’s an amazing girl. Aside from being beautiful, she’s extremely funny, charismatic and fun to be around, so we definitely got along. We’re close

You know, Taylor Lautner just has that ‘decent’ aura about him, and he is that despite being harassed as a kid:

“Because I was an actor, when I was in school there was a little bullying going on, not physical bullying but people making fun of what I do … I just had to tell myself I can’t let this get to me. This is what love to do. And I’m going to continue to do it.”

I think it’s remarkable that at such a young age he was able to deal with that so well.  People suck to judge and dismiss other people’s dreams.  Success is the best revenge, no?

And Taylor Swift never needs to worry about him breaking her heart because being loyal l is huge to him:

“I would need to know the person but I’m really big about, like, commitment. Loyalty is a major thing for me.

And of course yesterday the rumour was that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are about to elope, but today is a brand new day with new rumours that  Taylor Lautner is set to propose to Taylor Swift.  I mean seriously, does anyone believe this?  He’s 17 and she’s 19.  As if.  And of course the ’source’ spoke to the National Enquirer:

“Lautner’s parents adore Swift, but they feel both are too young, and that since their careers are just starting to take off the timing it wrong. Their parents urged them to get to know each other better before taking such a big step. Swift’s mother Andrea Swift is said to be particularly skeptical about the marriage. Although she likes Lautner, she has given him a strict set of rules to abide by when he goes on date with her daughter – he must not take her to clubs or parties, and he must respect her career.  Andrea told Lautner that if there was even a whiff of scandal or cheating, he’d be banned from seeing her.”

Oh please.
