Miley Cyrus is in Ireland shopping on Grafton Street with friends and posing with fans along with way.

Miley has recently shocked people (as if that’s still possible) when a video was leaked of Miley teaching her little NINE YEAR OLD sister to ‘dirty dance’ to Akon’s Smack That.  Nice.  Way to look out for your little sister, Miley.
