Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie team up to celebrate New Years at TAO at The Venetian and LAVO at The Palazzo New Year’s Eve Party last night and I have to say I LOVE Nicole Richie’s dark tresses.  It really suits her, don’t you think?

Christina is looking fabulous these days!  Can’t wait to see what her new album will be like in 2010 and her movie Burlesque.

Rihanna hit the stage at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE where she was reported to have earned mucho money for this performance.  Like many of us, Rihanna has made some New Years’ resolutions:

“I want to stop shopping, being late, start waking up early, stuff like that.”

“I’d like to see my mum and grandparents more. I don’t have a lot of girlfriends, but the one I do have is around me all the time.”

And she hasn’t left her music off the list of resolutions:

“I want to learn the drums and I want to work with Depeche Mode so bad.”

Some celebrities have headed to Saint-Barthelemy Island in Gustavia, St. Barth’s for the holiday season where Usher and Beyonce were seen at VIP Club Nicky ringing in the New Year.

Meanwhile Lily Cole and her boyfriend Enrique Murciano were seen shopping in St. Barths as well as Marc Jacobs and his husband Lorenzo Martone.
