The People magazine with Heidi Montag on the cover of it revealing that she had 10 plastic surgeries in one day is on sale now detailing which 10 procedures she had with a before and after shot.  One of those surgeries was increasing her knockers to DDD!!  Although she looks beautiful after, I actually think she looks older.  Not that she olds ‘old’, just older.

While I understand wanting to tweak things here and there, to do so to the extent she did at the age of 23 is very disturbing.  If it is an obsession now, it becomes a Cat Lady thing when she gets older.  Perhaps she needs to work on her inner world instead of her outer self.  I suppose being in that industry doesn’t help, now does it? She explains:

I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a “Jay Leno chin”; they’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, “Whoa! That’s me!” I was an ugly duckling before.

Everyone is made fun of at one point or another in life, right? It’s just ignorance on the part of others.  Jay Leno never felt the need to change his chin.

I think the person circling it on blogs is someone she follows on Twitter and is ‘friends’ with?? That in and of itself speaks volumes, no?  I sincerely hope for her sake she stops at these surgeries and accepts herself for who she is.
