According to these photos, the girl that Queen of the Scene is allegedly confronting (I would make my lawyer proud) is LeAnn Rimes although she is hiding her face.  It’s kind of hard to know for sure, but then again it kind of does look like her.

According to TMZ Queen of the Scene (a self appointed Guardian of the stars and gets tipped for it) was arrested for ‘aggressive solicitation’.
