Russell Brand makes his way back to his North London home alone looking all rock starish and happy.
Maybe he is happy at the prospect of working with Meryl Streep in a remake of ‘Arthur‘? Word is that Russell has wanted to remake the movie and wants a female to play the role of Hobson. Enter Streep.
John Gielgud played Hobson in the original 1981 movie with the late Dudley Moore as the lead character. Russell of course would play the role of Arthur. Do you think he would be good in that role?

Both Ashton Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore are not fans of Valentine’s Day and rather than make it about each other they are sharing the love:
“I struck up an agreement with the wife this year that we’re not going to try to do something big for each other and instead the best way we can celebrate the day is to share our love with other people.
“There’s an organisation in New York called Gems that helps human trafficking victims. There are a bunch of these girls that have come off the streets and are now being housed by this organisation, so we’re going to make all those girls our Valentines this year.
“I think there are 270 girls, so we’re going to send them all flowers so they can know they can be loved by someone without them having to ask for anything in return.”

Kate Beckinsale, husband Len Wiseman, daughter Lily and their cute little dog are shopping in Santa Monica where it looks to be a tad chilly. They should try the east coast this weekend!
It has just been announced that husband Len will direct the fourth Underworld 4 movie (he directed the first two) in which Kate is to star in again. He also serves as executive director. The film is set to be released September 23, 2011
