Even though Simon Cowell’s friend Louis Walsh (and X Factor judge) has confirmed that Simon is engaged to Mezhgan Hussainy I still can’t believe it.  It’s Simon Cowell.  But Louis says:

“I’m very very surprised but I’m delighted he’s got engaged. Mish (Hussainy) is a lovely girl. They’ve been close for a long time but it’s only in the last few months that it’s got serious. She is fantastic for him, very grounding, which is exactly what he needs to keep that ego in check.“

The couple met on the American Idol set seven years ago where she worked as a make-up artist and have been dating for the past six months (picture of her below).  It is reported that Simon proposed to her on Valentine’s Day.  Awww, how romantic! First Russell Brand and now Simon Cowell.   I still don’t know if I believe Simon Cowell is engaged.

Psych’s James Roday made his debut in the off Broadway production of Extinction along with Michael Weston (of House), Amanda Detmer and Stefanie Frame at the Cherry Lane Theatre in New York for those of you wishing to stalking his ass.

His Psych co-star and real-life girlfriend Maggie Lawson joined him at the after-party along with:  Dule Hill, Brad Raider, and  Bill Pullman.  According to Playbill the play is:

“about what transpires between two college buddies whose annual outing of male-bonding and debauchery veers precipitously off course when unmet expectations spiral into a volatile showdown”

For those of you who don’t know who Cheryl Cole is, she is probably one of the most beautiful women in the world. Okay maybe it’s an exaggeration, maybe not.  I personally think her features are perfection.  Not that looks matter if you are a whorific raging lunatic of a biotch, but from what I understand she’s as sweet as sweet can be, so she’s the total package.  She’s a singer with the U.K. based group Girls Aloud and a judge on The X-Factor.

Enter douchebag of a husband:  footballer Ashley Cole.  The two married in 2006 and she forgave him shortly thereafter for cheating on her.  We will refer to this as Mistake #1.  Yeah, yeah, to forgive is divine and all that, but when you have a newly married man with a wife like that who cheats, and they are still in the honeymoon phase, I say it’s the beginning of a series of issues.  Just my humble little opinion.

So then the BRIT Awards take place and it hits the newsstands that she gave an angry lip-synching performance which sounds a bit funny.  I think she would have lip-synched anyways but she was angry because she just learned of his ‘alleged’ douchebaggery yet again.

And now all the tabaloids are wagging about the fact that this. is. it.  She is leaving his very stupid sorry ass.  Friends told the Daily Mail:

‘She loves Ashley, he is the love of her life, but there is only so much she will take.

‘Cheryl is exhausted with it all. There was a point when she was going to ride it all out, but she has heard rumours of more women and cannot face it. They will split within weeks

These pictures are of her arriving at LAX straight from the BRIT Awards and even though she is wearing a ring on her wedding finger it’s not his ring so it’s a big ‘screw you’ message to him apparently.

Her rep says she’s in Los Angeles to finish up some recordings in the studio with the Black-Eyed Peas for her new album 3 Words.  I wonder if the three words are Go F*ck Yourself?

P.S.  They didn’t have a prenuptial agreement.  D’ohhh!!

Lindsay Lohan puckers up for the cameras decked out in black with a splash of red on her lips and feet in London where she hosted the iRock4Haiti held at Altitude 360 after the Brit Awards yesterday.

There have been rumours of her being banned from Fashion Week in New York which are false (Gossip Cop).  She Tweets:
