Save Kiefer Sutherland’s ’24′ For Season 9
It worked for Betty White to host SNL, so let’s hope this works for Kiefer Sutherland’s 24. As you know there is talk that this could very well be the last season for my future husband’s show 24. I had read last that NBC could possibly be interested but nothing has been announced.
With rising production costs and reduced ratings, justifying the continuance of Jack Bauer is getting difficult for FOX. And because the show has been on for a long time, selling it to another network does not have the same appeal factor as a newer show.
It’s up to the fans to keep this alive perhaps. You can do your part by joining the Facebook page Renew 24 for a 9thSeason – Jack Bauer. And even if you don’t watch it and aren’t a fan of it, think of all the bitching and moping I won’t do if the show is renewed.

Yes renew it bay all means, but he needs to modify the role to be more age appropriate to his character. He can still kill all the bad guys but in more of a Bond manner. Tone down the screaming, and make it more realistic. Firearms people all laugh at the idea of being shot stabbed and tortured all in one episode and then get up and kill 6 people as if nothing happened. If you have ever been seriouslly wounded or even mugged, you know that that is just way over the top.
