Jersey Shore star JWOWW or Jenny Farley, attends the product launch of Dr. Stephen Greenberg’s ‘Cosmetic Surgeon In A Jar‘. According to the website, Dr. Greenberg says:

Top Chef’s Padma Lakshmi looks fabulous as she attended the launch of Pamper’s Dry Max last night in New York. The new mom had been mum (pun intended) over her baby’s father but recently it was revealed that it is computer heir Michael Dell. Although she isn’t ready to discuss Dell, Padma told People:

“I have a newborn!”  ”I just want some peace and privacy.”

Others attending the launch:  Kelly Rutherford, Marcia Gay Harden, Anna Ortiz, Eric Mabius, and Matthew Settle.

Lady GaGa is being sued for $30.5 Million by a producer who claims he co-wrote her songs.  The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday with an ‘all business is personal’ statement attached.  I didn’t know you can include tag lines in lawsuits. Imagine the fun that can be had in divorce cases?

The man, Rob Fusari happens to also be an ex-boyfriend of the GaGa who is a songwriter-and-producer.  He claims HE is the one who came up with her name, helped her develop her sound, and co-wrote such ‘Paparazzi‘ and ‘Beautiful, Dirty, Rich‘.  Rob isn’t just a former bitter boyfriend, he has writing credits on ‘Wild Wild West‘ by Will Smith and ‘Bootylicious‘ by Destiny’s Child.

He claims he and the GaGa got involved in 2006 and formed:

Team Love Child LLC to promote her career in 2006, with Rob entitled to receive a 20 per cent share of royalties and 15 per cent of merchandising monies.

Rob has received cheques totally $611,000 but claims he is entitled to much more. DAMN.  Writing songs is where it’s at, isn’t it?

Lady GaGa has said about her image (not in relation to this lawsuit):

“I was Gaga from the time that I was 19 through my first record deal. I always dressed like that before people knew me as Lady Gaga. I was always that way. I stuck out like a sore thumb.”

Marcia Cross enjoys some girl time with her twin daughters, Eden and Savannah at a park in Santa Monica.  I just love this woman.  She is such a devoted mom.  She looks to be in her element every time she is with her daughters.

Have you been watching Desperate Housewives? This season is pretty good, isn’t it?

When it comes to posts like this (celebs in their everyday life out and about) it’s kind of difficult to write about anything other than what they are wearing, etc.  So I’ll just keep typing like this and you’ll initially look at the post and think it’s informative when in fact you’ll get to the end of this sentence and go WTF? My bad.  :)

The stars were in Las Vegas for the ShoWest Conventions and awards (that post later) where upcoming films were screened and deals were probably made (like I really know, but if it can be done on a golf course why not?).

At the CBS convention, Vanessa Hudgens, Neil Patrick Harris and Alex Pettyfer presented their  film Beastly which opens in theatres July 30.

Jennifer Lopez presented The BackUp Plan all by her lonesome.  It  opens in theatres April 23.

While Dwayne Johnson (love him) and Billy Bob Thorton (don’t really love him) presented Faster, an action drama that hits theatres November 19.

Over at the Warner Brothers convention was Josh Duhamel who confirmed he just met with Michael Bay and the script for the third Transformers is complete.  He was there with black-haired Katherine Heigl to promote Life as we know it.  I’ve included a picture of her boots because I know you would want to see them up close.

Sex and the City 2 was represented by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon.  Kim Cattrall of course is in London doing theatre.

Christopher Nolan was there for his movie Inception.

Todd Phillips, Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover) all premiered Due Date.

Sam Worthington premiered Clash of the Titans and looked very fine doing so.

Britney Spears and her bodyguard went shopping at Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood in a pink form fitting dress (Britney, not  the bodyguard), black stockings and black boots and left with a white tank top, shorts (?) and the same stockings and boots.

They mentioned (with the photo) that it was bizarre behaviour and I’m not sure if this is similar to what she did when she went through a difficult time but I hope Britney is okay.

Personally there are lots of days I hate what I’m wearing and would love nothing more than to walk in a store and walk out wearing something that looks wayyy better.  I don’t have a black Amex unlike Britney, bitch.  Wouldn’t you like to do that too?

I must say that she is looking to be in really fine shape!
