Dancing With the Stars’ pro dancer Chelsie Hightower visited the Wow! Creations Lifestyle gifting suite in conjunction with the Oscars.  No sign of her partner Jake Pavelka but who needs a partner when there is free swag to get?

Also at the gifting suite:  Heroes’ star Masi Oka, Knots Landing vixen Donna Mills, and Days of Our Lives‘ Deidre Hall, who never ages, mind you neither does Donna Mills.

It’s that time of year when the buzz is all about Oscars and celebrities visit these gifting lounges where they get lots of free swag because they don’t have enough.  Do I sound bitter? I suppose to an extent.  Not bitter so much as envious maybe. It’s like a Christmas store where you can pick anything there your little heart desires.  It’s nice to dream.

The New York Post is reporting a new book Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie:  The True Story by author Jenny Paul claims Angelina Jolie and Mick Jagger hooked up first in 1997 when she was married to Johnny Lee Miller (and 22 years old) and Mick was with Jerry Hall (and he was 54 years old).

They met when she appeared in the Rolling Stone Video ‘Anybody Seen My Baby‘ and then another time in 2003 when Angelina was divorcing Billy Bob Thornton.

A rep for either Jolie and Jagger did not return the NYP’s calls but one thing is for certain:  if these two had of procreated the kid would have had the biggest lips, am I right? Holla.

I remember many years ago when Jerry Hall started a jewelry line she based it on the pieces Mick gave her during their long relationship and admitted that each time he cheated she got jewelery.  Now whether this is true or not I don’t know but I would suspect she has a rather extensive collection.  Meow.

Oh it’s on!! Dancing With The Stars is ramping up and Annie is getting mighty excited. I really hope this season is a fabulous season which airs on Monday, March 22 with a two-hour premiere event! Woo hoo!

Derek Hough and his partner Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger are seen leaving Toast where they had lunch taking a break from their practicing.  I think it’s fairly safe to say Nicole will do fabulous considering she is sex on stilettos and can move like nobody’s business.  She dancing on stage all the time and seems naturally inclined in that way so this one is a no-brainer.

Kate Gosselin is seen in New York where she is headed to a dance studio to practice. She has admitted she can’t dance but maybe her inner stripper will come out (we all have one, don’t judge).  She is paired with Tony Dovolani.  He’s a nice guy so I really hope that Kate doesn’t trample all over him.  I doubt he would take it and maybe it’s just Jon that set the nag dial up to its limit.

Olympic medalist (and Dancing With the Stars champ) Apolo Ohno has become the OMEGA Ambassador for the watchmaking company and paid a visit to the flagship store in New York on Fifth Avenue this afternoon.

Apolo Tweeted about the visit:

Had an awesome time at the Omega Store on 5th avenue. I signed my watch & it’s on their wall with a pic! I was in heaven! Cool partnership

He seems like such a sweet, hard-working young man.  A fabulous role-model.

Producers of Desperate Housewives have confirmed that Drea De Matteo will not be returning next season. Apparently in November rumours had surfaced that Drea was fired because of lackluster ratings but the producers are saying that isn’t the case at all (as to her being fired..I have no idea if the ratings are bad or what..and I’m kind of too lazy right now to look).  Executive Producer Marc Cherry:

“Part of the deal when (we) hired Drea was she was only interested in doing one season. She has a baby and is eager to get back to her life in New York.”

Drea was brought in to play the wife of an Italian family who have some type of skeleton in their closet that we don’t know yet.  Although I still haven’t watched Sunday’s episode so possibly something more has been revealed.

I thought her character and the dynamics surrounding that brought a lot to the show. Drea’s last episode will air in May.

Johnny Depp has been immortalized in plastic forever as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Although it kind of does look like him I think Johnny is much prettier even as the Mad Hatter, yes?  My birthday is coming up.  :)

The movie looks incredible and to see it in 3D will be quite the experience.  Do you plan on seeing it?  It hits theatres tomorrow!  Woo Hoo!
