After last night’s season premiere of Dancing With The Stars, some of the stars and dancers (and a few others) attended the gifting suite to honour the 10th Season of the show where they posed with various pieces of merchandise. *sigh* This is my dream. To walk into a room and be told ‘pick anything you want and it’s free’.
Besides Chelsie Hightower and her partner Jake Pavelka, his incorrect choice in ‘fiancee’ (notice the quotes) Vienna Girardi attended as did another BacheloretteJillian Harris and her douchebag of a fiancé Ed Swiderski. It’s so early in the day to have such a potty-mouth isn’t it?
Former DWTS’ alumni Marlee Matlin and Joanna Krupa attended too as did professional dancer Julianne Hough. I really miss Julianne on the show and Lacey Schwimmer as well. Maybe next year? We can only hope.
Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler are shooting scenes for Just Go With It that also features Nicole Kidman and a part withHeidi Montag. The two were filming scenes on the busy streets of Rodeo Drive and in between shoots you can see Adam Sandler playing with his daughter.

This comedy is set to open February 11, 2011. In addition to this film Adam has a ton of other projects in development.
Janet Jackson brought her sister Rebbie to the premiere of Tyler Perry’s movie Why Did I Get Married Too in New York last night. The comedy is a sequel to his film Why Did I Get Married. According to imdb the film is about:
Four couples reunite for their annual vacation in order to socialize and to spend time analyzing their marriages. Their intimate week in the Bahamas is disrupted by the arrival of an ex-husband determined to win back his recently remarried wife.
Last night was the season premiere of Season 10 of Dancing With The Stars and I’m all tingly for this season. Methinks it’s going to be a good season. Did you watch?
The new co-host, Brooke Burke did fabulous and in addition to debuting a new co-host they debuted the new area where the dancers and celebrities get their marks. I’m all for change and whatnot but I think I prefer them running backstage and getting their marks. What do you think of the new stage set up?

Buzz Aldrin is a hero in America’s heart and bless him, he’s 80 years old and given that he did fabulous and I would love to see him continue, but can he compete with the likes of Nicole Scherzinger? Of course not, but he is loved and received a well-deserved standing ovation.
Aiden Turner is beautiful. This soap actor definitely has the women’s votes (I’m sure a huge fan base) but he needs to improve a lot. His dance partner Edyta Sliwinska could not believe her good fortune when she laid her eyes on him for the first time. These two are very hot together.
Kate Gosselin did okay and I’m not sure what kind of fan base she will have and whether that can keep her in the game or not, but I don’t think she’s a threat at this point to anyone. She could surprise us all, but who knows?
Whether you liked her before Dancing With the Stars or not, Shannen Doherty probably captured your heart in a very big way last night. She was nervous, but did well and shows great promise. It was so touching when she talked about her father and how she did this for him. He had suffered a stroke and was in the audience cheering her on and crying when she broke down crying. She won a lot of people’s hearts last night. I hope she does well.
Niecy Nash is delightful. She had such energy, personality and gonads. She does not apologize for not being stick thin (nor should she) and she proved to all of us that (as she says) ‘thick’ girls can shake it with the best of them. I thought she was fabulous. I really enjoyed her performance because of her larger than life personality and I really hope she stays in the game for a long time.
Chad Ochocinco is so hot I could barely contain myself. He exudes sex. He has a perfect physique and he has Cheryl Burke as his teacher. She is one of the best teachers, very driven and wants a threepeat. He couldn’t be in better hands and I think if this is what he did on his first dance (without any prior experience) he is someone to watch for. And by someone to watch for I mean I will be mentally undressing him during each and every show.
Jake Pavelka did good but I’m still mad at him for his choice from The Bachelor and his ‘fiancee’ Vienna was in the audience. I thought I saw him step on Chelsie’s feet a couple of times but I could be wrong. Maybe it was my bitterness clouding my judgment. :)
Pamela Anderson has potential despite ‘appearing’, oh I don’t know ‘tipsy’. Maybe that’s just her, and the way she likes to act (out of nerves…I don’t know), but if she concentrated less on trying to make her dance partner, (the very hot) Damien Whitewood pop a boner, she could be very good. Less sex and more dancing Pamela. And saving her for last was very well calculated on the part of DWTS. Everyone wanted to see how this Baywatch Babe did.
I really like Erin Andrews. This is a woman who has been through a great deal recently but rose above it all and will only get better. I love the chemistry she and Maks has. She has a great sense of humour (telling Maks she requested Tony Dovolani) and works incredibly hard. I think she has a great chance of being in the top three.
Olympian Evan Lysacek overcame some challenges (turning opposite to what he does in ice skating and the dizziness that ensues) but he, of course, did great. He will also have to overcome the challenge of working with a partner as opposed to just depending on himself in a performance but you know he’s going to do great.
Pussycat DollNicole Scherzinger was elegant, graceful and breathtaking. She is in great hands with hunkyDerek Hough who despite his joking around a lot, is very driven , professional and good. This is the perfect pair and she did as we all expected her to do: amazing. And her points show it. She will be the one to beat, without a doubt.

Mariah Carey’s latest album (her 13gth) has been axed. Apparently her record label, Mercury has axed Angels Advocate which was to have been released next month. It was to feature remixed songs from her album ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel‘.
Even though the album won’t be released some of the songs on it will be released as singles. In addition to that she may be working on a Christmas album says her rep:
“We are looking to go possibly to another studio album or Christmas album. The decision hasn’t been totally made yet. It’s a creative process that cannot be rushed.”
In response to the cancelled album, her manager Tweeted yesterday:
“That is an issue we are dealing with. The label is in disarray.”
No word if she will return to Sony which is run by her ex husband Tommy Mottola. That’s not awkward.
I’m really happy for Gisele Bundchen that she had and has an incredible modelling career that has made her very rich. I’m glad that she has parlayed that wealth into other ventures as she is a very smart business woman who will only continue to grow her wealth. I’m happy for her.
I’m even happy for her that she married that girly man she can keep in line with a single arched eyebrow and the veiled threat of him never getting a piece of her fine ass because we know he would cry like the little sissy girl he is without it Tom Brady.
I’m even happy for her that having babies is effortless to her and her superior effing pedigree. I think it’s wonderful that her worst aspect of childbirth was CHOOSING A NAME FOR HER BABY. But she needs to stop. right. there.
This whole ‘Gee, I only gained 3 ounces during my pregnancy‘ crap needs to stop. We get it. You’re perfect. At everything and you look perfect doing it. I’m pretty certain that when she passes wind it smells like lilacs or Febreeze or something. I just know it.
