This is shocking.  I can not believe Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split up. Even though I know she wasn’t keen on marriage, I just thought they would be together for a very long time.

TMZ has confirmed the split and also that they have agreed on a series of short-term custody arrangements for their daughter Nahla.

The arrangements were made prior to splitting and each time the arrangements expire they work together for the next set. They are working very well together on the parental duties without conflict and that there are not any permanent arrangements in place.

Halle and Gabriel have been together since 2005.  Nahla was born in 2008.

The world must be coming to an end because I think Kate Hudson looks the best out of everyone.  Once I hit the ‘publish’ button I’m going to feel very bad for saying that. Blogger’s remorse. That colour on her is divine as is her hair and shoes.  It’s the whole package. Shoot me now.

Gwyneth Paltrow on the other hand concerns me.  My grandmother had a sofa with that fabric on it.  I like the cut of the dress but not the fabric.

These ladies attended last night’s gala where Chopard celebrates 150 years of excellence in New York.

Georgina Chapman looks beautiful (she’s the wife of Harvey Weinstein) and if you can believe it she is 5 months pregnant with a baby due in August.  I’m off to do some major stomach crunches.

So says TMZ because Lindsay is in violation of her parole terms.  Lindsay is on probation for DUI and part of her terms is that she attend an alcohol education courses once every 7 days.  It turns out the facility that she was attending submits their reports to the court every 21 days so apparently Lindsay always ensured she attended on the 21st day. However the judge had said if Lindsay doesn’t attend every 7 days she will be going back to the pokey:

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances.  If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.

Lindsay’s progress hearing will take place on May 20 where the doo doo will hit the fan.  TMZ reached out to her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley who gave the following statement:

“We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”

I don’t think Lindsay should be concerned with the program so much as she should be worried about Judge Revel’s thoughts on everything.

It’s bad enough she is probably going to jail (although that is completely her own fault, she did have a choice) but what you can almost guarantee is her father Michael Lohan latching onto this with his claws, standing on his soapbox saying ‘told you so’. Ugggh.

Paris Hilton went shopping yesterday at the French Connection boutique on Sunset Plaza dressed to the nines with her brother Barron who was dressed quite comfortably (although I’m pretty certain his slippers are very expensive). Girl was even dripping in diamonds because that totally makes the shopping experience that much more pleasurable, bitches.

Your life may just have gotten a whole lot better:  Paris could potentially be relaunching her pop career.  I know, right?  Paris Tweeted that she met with famed songwriter/producer extraordinaire Linda Perry (think Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani to name but two):

“Went and visited Linda Perry at her studio. She is so cool and her studio is incredible. I respect her so much as a producer, what a talent.”

I don’t for one second believe Linda Perry has fallen on  tough times, so perhaps she’s doing a favour for someone? I’m so mean this morning.  I think I probably am going to be going straight to hell when I kick the bucket.
