So says TMZ because Lindsay is in violation of her parole terms.  Lindsay is on probation for DUI and part of her terms is that she attend an alcohol education courses once every 7 days.  It turns out the facility that she was attending submits their reports to the court every 21 days so apparently Lindsay always ensured she attended on the 21st day. However the judge had said if Lindsay doesn’t attend every 7 days she will be going back to the pokey:

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances.  If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.

Lindsay’s progress hearing will take place on May 20 where the doo doo will hit the fan.  TMZ reached out to her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley who gave the following statement:

“We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”

I don’t think Lindsay should be concerned with the program so much as she should be worried about Judge Revel’s thoughts on everything.

It’s bad enough she is probably going to jail (although that is completely her own fault, she did have a choice) but what you can almost guarantee is her father Michael Lohan latching onto this with his claws, standing on his soapbox saying ‘told you so’. Ugggh.
