TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan bailed on a deposition to answer to alleged carjacking charges to go shopping instead. The incident in question is from a 2007 alleged drunken car chase.  She was ‘too busy’ to attend the deposition yesterday and by too busy she really meant shopping.

Part 1

Pamela Anderson appeared on Larry King Live last night talking about her stint on Dancing With The Stars, her vegan milkshake with Millions of Milkshakes, living with Hepatitis C, and her kids.

She was joined by partner Damien in the second segment where Larry pretty much grilled them both to see if they have a relationship or not.  You’ll have to watch to find out the answer to that.  He he he.  I’m clever like that.

Part 2

Larry King is about to declare a tie on divorces with Elizabeth Taylor.  Today he filed for divorce (it will be his 8th) from Shawn Southwick (she also filed for divorce today) after a huge fight last night TMZ is reporting.

Apparently the fight resulted from Shawn accusing Larry of cheating on her with her sister!  And she says she has proof: Over the years Larry has transferred property to Shawn to prove he is commited to the marriage, but Shawn says it’s simply the guilt that got to him.  And by properties I mean a Beverly Hills mansion, and houses in Provo & St. George, Utah.

I don’t think Shawn realizes how easy she has it:  real estate in her name AND she doesn’t have to sleep with Larry King (assuming he is in fact screwing others..how much stamina does someone of his age possibly have).  What’s the problem?  Well for starters, Larry is going to try to overturn the legal documents transferring the properties to her name.

Shawn’s sister Shannon Engemann is adamant that she and Larry aren’t having an affair and goes on to say:

“I’m tired for taking the rap for things.  I did not have an affair with Larry.  He’s been like a father to me.”

You just know this is going to be a long and painful process for all of us as the mudslinging begins.

Hilary Duff appeared on Live With Regis & Kelly and if Iweren’t so blinded by her GINORMOUS ROCK I would remember what she was actually there for.

She did talk about the proposal and how she felt so unattractive with zits, no make up and beach hair (she and fiance Mike Comrie went scuba diving or snorkeling  I really don’t remember as I viewed this video much earlier) and like I said, once I saw the rock (and they zoom in on it real close) I didn’t hear a whole lot after that.

She actually thought the proposal was a joke until he brought out the rock.  Did I mention it’s a HUGE ROCK? It’s actually gorgeous.  And good for Hilary.  She seems very real and down to earth.  Only with a HUGE ROCK.

If my husband gave me a ring like that, he would be making me do a lot of sick sh*t that would make Russell Brand look like Mother Teresa.

Have I died and gone to heaven because I have pictures of Jason Statham and not only does he look his very hot self, and is coming out of the Chanel store (how can you not love a guy who shops at Chanel) but he is smiling! Today is going to be a very good day.

Some poor bastard in Hollywood stole the headlights of Jason’s SUV Monday as it was parked at a friend house according to TMZ.  Considering the characters he portrays in his movies I’m thinking this is one guy I wouldn’t want to piss off never mind steal from.  Unless of course it’s his heart I’m stealing in which case game on.
