Amanda Seyfried Premieres ‘Letters To Juliet’

Amanda Seyfried certainly beats to her own drum and strolling down the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival for her premiere of Letters to Juliette was no different.  Girl wore shorts.  And she glammed it up with her hair in an updo and a sparkly blazer and sexay pumps.

She’s clinging for dear life posing with boyfriend Dominic Cooper who she met on the set of Mamma Mia. I find her utterly adorable.

Also at the premiere:  Jane Rosenthal, Christopher Egan (who is also in the movie), Ellen Barkin, and America Ferrera.

Cher Is Going Back On Tour

Cher is taking her show on the road after she finishes up with her Caesar’s Palace contract the 63 year old has announced. She’s inspired to come out of retirement by her recent work on Burlesque and some new songs she is working on for an upcoming album.  She plans to debut Already Been There, at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo next month.

When I think of Cher I think of Jack from Will & Grace imitating her and in particular the episode in which he met her. Classic!

Quote of The Day By Russell Brand

“Sex scenes are actually sort of stressful. Not like actual sex – not as I know it.

“The threesome scene was really awkward and difficult. Because sex, when it’s done properly, is about creating a wonderful atmosphere of intimacy, escape and adventure. Sex scenes are about hesitant, angular, choreographed moves.

“And this is a comedy sex scene as well, so it goes on for ages, and you’re standing with no pants, hunched over someone. You’re aware of each other’s breath mingling but without the baseline of lust pounding rhythmically through the act. It’s awful.”

….on how it really felt shooting sex scenes for his movie Get Him To The Greek
