Jude Law Says He And Sienna Miller Not Engaged ‘Yet’
Jude Law and Sienna Miller made their first red carpet public appearance together since rekindling their romance at the 2010 Costume Institute Gala in New York City Monday night.
Wednesday the British actor opened up to Access Hollywood at the Tony Nominees Meet The Press luncheon about how he feels being back with Sienna saying:
“I’m very happy,” “I’m very happy to be happy.”
When asked if they are engaged:
“Not at the moment,” he told Access with a smile. “Not at the moment. That’s all I can say.”
Jude receives a Tony nomination for his role in Hamlet. I think it’s great that they have worked through their problems because they seem very well-suited together. I hope Jude doesn’t screw up again.

That’s all Jude or anybody can hope, that they don’t screw up, but it happens quite a lot…but the way everyone reacts, you’d think Jude did this horrible thing that’s never happened to anyone else. It’s not as if he kept 2 dozen hookers on the side while married or had sex with dozens of coworkers over the years (a la Letterman), or beat up his wife/girlfriend. Now THAT’S what I would consider irreparable. I mean, the Beckhams are making it, aren’t they? The only reason Jude/Sienna’s problem is so celebrated is because Sienna knew how to expertly play the victim so publicly, not having the good sense to realize the repercussions. He’s not some horrible monster.
They’ll have a great chance if Sienna can refrain from boogying it up with Diddy. She has responsibility, too.
Oh Sheryl, I want to believe that she has changed and this time everything will end well. But I’m afraid I’m too cynical to think it so and I think she is using him again and he will bear the brunt. After all that she (and her PR team) has been doing to look like the victim, even causing people forgot the images of her and the very married Getty in Italy, I doubt it. I can only wish Jude the best and wish him to continue their success. I really do not think there’s much love. To me there are lots of sex and convenience, nothing more. With her is always all the drama and publicity circus. Hopefully I’m wrong.
