Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton premiered their movie Prince of Persia:  The Sands of Time in London yesterday where Gemma looked like a princess in her Valentino gown and Jake looked as dashing as he does when he’s all dressed up (or just breathing).

Gemma told Bang Showbiz that she didn’t really get to spend a lot of down time with Jake during filming of the movie:

We didn’t have time to socialize. He was too busy in the gym, although we did go to dinner. It was all very civilized “But he’s so much fun. He’s gorgeous.”

Mischa Barton was driving around in her Cadillac on the weekend with some friends where she visited The Grove and as she headed home her car broke down in front of The Palazzo apartments.

Mischa then checked under the hood for her stash and upon realizing ‘hey why the eff am I looking under the hood because I have no clue what to even look for but this is what they do in the movies so it must be the right thing to do‘ she called a mechanic.  The mechanic couldn’t fix the problem either and they ended up towing her car to the shop.

She apparently bought this car for $15,000 in February.  I want to say in addition to being a stellar actress (like I would know because I don’t ever recall seeing her in anything) she’s a wise business woman, but it’s Monday and I really should try to start my week out being nicer so I’ll just say ‘awww nuts’.

Kylie Minogue was seen around Los Angeles this past weekend filming a video for her single All The Lovers with a human pyramid guys and girls in white undies.

All The Lovers is from her new album Aphrodite which hits stores July 5, 2010 but  the single is being released ahead of time on June 28, 2010.

The video is directed by Joseph Kahn who has also directed videos for Britney Spears and Lady GaGa.  The horse? Yup, it’s in the video too.
