I’m not sure how much fun Lindsay Lohan can possibly be having aboard this yacht in Cannes at a party when the judge cancelled her vacation plans to see Lindsay in court on Monday.  Personally I think that’s a really, really, really, really, really bad sign. But that’s just me.  I’m not under the influence in denial.

Sure she’s drinking water, but an impending vacation in prison is enough to make anyone rock back and forth in the fetal position in their hotel room. But it’s Lindsay Lohan.  And one must be seen, yes?

I’m certain her passport will ‘miraculously’ show up or she will obtain one in time to get back Monday for her court appearance.  She could possibly be  looking at spending 180 days in the pokey.  That’s 6 months. Six months brings us to November which is after awards season and all the parties that she would be possibly be attending. And I think that’s even if she doesn’t show up on Monday.  Imagine what would happen if she misses Monday’s court date?

If pissing off the judge enough to make her cancel her vacation plans isn’t enough of an incentive for Lindsay, maybe the parties she would be missing over the 180 day term is. Gotta have yer priorities, gurl. Holla.

Gerard Butler did double duty in Cannes yesterday by also attending Paul Haggis‘ Artists’ For Peace & Justice Benefit. Clearly the man has stamina! Sha-wing.  And the grey around his temples? I think it looks kind of hot. Okay not kind of, but very hot. He could have Popsicle sticks taped to his head and I would find it adorable.

Also attending the benefit:  Michelle Rodriguez, Mischa Barton, Russell Crowe, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and Elizabeth Banks.

I know this will sound catty, and it really isn’t, but I just don’t understand Mischa Barton’s sense of fashion.  She could be the nicest person in the world, I’m not saying she’s evil or anything.  Maybe a little blind.  That is all.

My pretend boyfriend Russell Brand may be more than just a wet dream of mine after all.  While promoting Get Him To The Greek with Jonah Hill, the two sat down with E! Online where he professed that being faithful on the road without Katy Perry by his side is ‘difficult’:

“It’s not as good, because you’re away from your actual girlfriend and you can’t have sex with all the people out there.”

Um, I’m no relationship expert but given they haven’t been together for a year yet (they hooked up September 2009) and they are engaged, that can’t be a good thing. The first couple of years are when you are both drunk with love and in that euphoric state.  Who thinks of having sex with others at that point?

It’s after many years that you lust after men (in Russell’s case women) in a big way, and then go on to do a blog where you write down all (but not really because if I wrote down all you would probably think I was certifiable not to mention a very big ho) of your dirty thoughts for history to capture

Padma Lakshmi appeared at the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s second annual Blossom Ball in New York last night where she made an emotional speech and thanked and publicly declared her love for billionaire boyfriend Teddy Forstmannn:

“I am lucky to have someone who unwaveringly gave me love and manly support — and is also the person that I love. So thank you, Teddy.”

Padma herself suffers from endometriosis and gave birth to daughter Krishna three months ago.  These pictures are from that event but the man in the picture is not Teddy Forstmann it’s Dr. Tamer Seckin.
