Before Mischa Barton’s lawyers start flapping their gums into their dicta machines for my cease and desist love notes, I don’t mean hammered in the sense of drinking. Isn’t she more of a reefer kind of girl anyways? Just wondering. Although judging from the picture above her hair has seen better days. Mischa and a friend visit the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles.

The Hammer Museum is not a place where one can browse a collection of handy man tools, but is an art museum and is operated by UCLA’s School of the Arts and Architecture. It contains a small collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art as well as 7500 works of French satirist Honore Daumier.

Either way if you ask me it’s an odd place for paparazzi to be hanging out looking  for celebrities. Unless of course someone called them ahead of time.
