Lauren Conrad made an appearance at The Grove yesterday to promote her Got Milk campaign.  And although she’s no longer on The Hills, she’s received a Teen Choice Award nomination for Choice Female Reality Star.

Lauren has made a life for herself outside of the scripted reality show by having a book deal and designing for Kohl’s. If you had the choice between being on The Hills with all it’s cattiness and actually using your brain for something creative, what would you choose?

In keeping with the 2010 FIFA World Cup theme little Levi McConaughey and his father Matthew McConaughey wear matching Brazil t-shirts in honour of Levi’s mom Camilla Alves‘ country as they visit a firehouse in Manhattan.

I can not believe that little guy’s fashion sense (yes I’m aware his mother dresses him but he struts his style like he owns it). I’ve included a couple of pictures from a couple of days ago where he was seen outside their Manhattan hotel with his nanny and he just looks so adorable! He’s probably wondering WTF are all these cameras here every time I go out?

The always lovely Dita Von Teese joined Sir Richard Branson in Las Vegas at the McCarran Airport where they celebrated 10 years of non-stop flights from London to Las Vegas.

Before carrying Dita around the McCarran Airport like a pet monkey, Sir Richard had her picture painted on the side of the plane for those  non-stop flights going from London to Las Vegas.  What an honour! How many people can have those bragging rights? I guess if Richard Branson wants to carry you around like a pet monkey you let him! Billionaires get all the perks.

Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith have thankfully put their differences aside and are back on the road again with these photos taken in the O2 arena in London, England.

Back in 2009 Steven announced he was taking 2 years off which resulted in Joe promptly looking for a replacement to honour their 2010 tour commitments.

However all is forgiven and forgotten when this past weekend, at the end of performing a 17 song gig for the Download festival Joe told the audience that Steven was:

“the best lead singer on the planet”

Do you remember when Jennifer Aniston was married to Brad Pitt? She admitted that Steven Tyler was the one man she was allowed to cheat with and have Brad’s blessing (my how things have changed in Brad’s world).  Now that both Steven Tyler and Jennifer Aniston are single I wonder if they have hooked up? I’m probably the only one who has wondered this.

Valerie Bertinelli, Betty White, Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves attend the premiere of their new show Hot in Cleveland in New York last night.

Valerie, who at 50 recently got engaged to her boyfriend of several years Tom Vitale says of the wedding plans:

“He’s planning it — I have nothing to do with it! I just have to find a dress!

How awesome is that! Would you trust your man to do the planning?

Finding love at a later stage in life has been wonderful:

“We’ve both been around quite a bit and we both have had marriages that failed, but there are still good parts of those marriages,” said Bertinelli, who was previously wed to rocker Eddie Van Halen (with whom she has a son, Wolf, 19). “So we’re taking the good parts and hopefully not bringing the bad with us!”

As for the cougarlicious Betty White, when asked if she would have enjoyed being kissed by Sandra Bullock (instead of Sandra kissing Scarlett Johansson at the MTV Movie Awards):

“No, no … but if Ryan Reynolds had kissed me, I’d have been very ready.”

Betty White told People that Sandra is doing great and her MTV speech was perfect:

“She’s doing wonderfully,”  ”I thought it was so brilliant of her to say, ‘Don’t worry about me, I’m fine,’ and address the subject, because she is fine.”

Hot in Cleveland airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. Valerie Bertinelli says the show falls somewhere between Sex and the City and the Golden Girls.
