SPOILER ALERT: Friday Night Lights

If you’ve never watched Friday Night Lights you must. It is exceptional to say the least. The show is great, the cast is great and anyone who watches it loves the show. The cast is given the freedom to improvise although they obviously have to stick to the basics of the script.
Last Fall an episode aired in which the character Matt (played by Zach Gilford) mourns the death of his father (it first aired on DirectTV and then NBC aired it again recently). It was superb acting on Zach’s part to say the least. The episode has ignited a Facebook campaign by Popeater.com to get him an Emmy nomination. Zach is returning to the show for four episodes.
Also coming back to the show for some episodes (not the whole season) are Taylor Kitsch and Adrianne Palicki who play Tim and Tyra respectively (like you needed me to explain that, lol). Adrianne will appear in the last two episodes with Taylor in the last four.
Apparently they will all be back for the show’s 5th season but it is expected to be the final season! This can’t happen. What is wrong with the studios to let go of such great television and yet keep so much crap on the air. If a Facebook campaign ignited Zach’s return to the show let’s hope another one can keep the show on the air.
