Lost’s hunky mansicle Josh Holloway tells Women’s Health magazine what he likes and doesn’t like to see a womanwear:

“The hottest thing is lingerie. The least sexy outfit is baggy sweat pants and a large T-shirt. And granny panties!”

Mental note to self:  shop for undies and clothes today. He’s also kind of creeped out by stuffed animals and bridal magazines:

“One stuffed animal is fine, but if there are a lot, that’s scary. Another warning sign is when a woman has too many pictures of herself around. And the worst: baby and bridal magazines!”

And if you are cute, pretty and hot, you stand a chance with him:

“It’s nice if a woman has a bit of each. Cute is the fun part you play around with every day. Pretty is nice to look at. And hot is sex.”

I’m not sure if Josh is aware of this or not, but he has a 14 month old daughter with his wife Yessica Kumala. I’m not sure why he is supplying a checklist to the magazine on what he looks for in a woman.  Perhaps Yessica needs to have a chat with Josh?

And although this article clearly paints him as the ideal boyfriend, he claims that wasn’t always the case:

“I had a girlfriend, but I agreed to go to another girl’s prom at a different school. My girlfriend busted me and broke a picture frame over my head. I believe it was a montage of photos of us. I didn’t need stitches though. It was a nice, clean smash.

Despite the fact that I would have this dude microchipped to know his whereabouts at all times, he is smoking hot. You’ve got to admit.

Jay Z and his wife Beyonce Knowles are seen here at the French Open where they attended the men’s final match between Rafael Nadal and Robin Soderling.  I love that Jay-Z can’t keep his hands off of her.  That is so adorable! And when they leave and walk up the steps you can see all the men drooling over her.

Beyonce won for Best Fight in her performance with Ali Larter in Obsessed at last night`s MTV Movie Awards .  I still haven’t seen that movie and I really want to.  I guess if you have the choice between attending the MTV Movie Awards and being in Paris, France, Paris wins out, oui?

Last night’s dress code for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards seemed to be all about the metallics as several celebs shimmered their way up the red carpet.  Lindsay Lohan wore silver pant suit that covered her SCRAM ankle bracelet.

Kristen Stewart wore a silver skirt with gold top and was still extremely ill-at-ease up on the stage accepting her award.  I don’t know why on earth that girl would not take Robert Pattinson and kiss that man like he deserves to be kissed, which is deeply and passionately in case she needs the guidance, which clearly she does.

Katy Perry donned a blue wig to go with her metal dress that revealed her bra and panties. Fiance Russell Brand also kind of got metalled up with his silver satin outfit.

To me, there were about 3 moments in the evening that are most memorable.  The first being Hangover star Ken Jeong’s tearful speech when he won for Best WTF Moment:

Todd [Phillips] and Bradley Cooper helped me through a really difficult time when my wife was going through breast-cancer treatment,” “The reason why I did this is that she taught me that life is short, and don’t be afraid to take chances.”

The other great moment of course was when Sandra Bullock won the Generation Award and had Bradley Cooper, Betty White and Scarlett Johansson on stage to present it to her, although it was awkward that Scarlett was there initially because she seemed out of place, but that all became clear when Sandra planted a kiss on her.

And to me one of the funniest moments was Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez doing a musical number in his Len Grossman character.  That character cracks me up.  So opposite of Tom Cruise and really shows his comedic side.  I think he made the show that much funnier.

Is it even possible that The Vampire Diaries‘ Ian Somerhalder has gotten even more beautiful since my last posting of him, Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley?  It seems to me he gets better and better on a weekly basis.  If that’s what being a vampire is all about I would gladly sign up. Then when the next person tells me to ‘bite’ them, I will gladly oblige.

He is beautiful in the way a woman can be handsome and that’s not an insult, nor does it make him less manly.  He’s very manly.  Very, very manly

Kim Kardashian and her lusciousness are in Santa Monica to attend an autograph session for her Shape Magazine cover.

I just love her zipper dress.  Do any of my fabulous viewers know the make of this? She Tweeted earlier about the event:

Seeing her on the cover makes me feel kind of dirty for eating all the crap I did this weekend.
