Russell Brand is his goofy self as he and Jonah Hill attend a photocall for Get Him To The Greek in Germany where he bonded with a little girl.  He looks adorable with children.  I bet he’s going to make a fun and fabulous father.

He talked about how fiancee Katy Perry is going to be a great actor:

“She’s doing a film and she’ll be a brilliant actor. That’s what she’ll probably end up doing as well. She’s playing a Smurfette and is in another film which I’m not allowed to talk about. I’m very proud.”

Russell is one very smart dude.  He realizes there is no holding down a good woman:

“Katy does exactly what she likes. If I didn’t want her to do something like strip off, I may as well argue with a cloud. Even if I wanted her to stop doing things like that when we are married, it wouldn’t be my place.“

You have got to love that! ‘Argue with a cloud’ I love that.  Love that he is accepting of her completely and doesn’t try to change her.

It looks like Piers Morgan beat Simon Cowell to the alter by getting married first.  He and his girlfriend of four years columnist Celia Walden married on Thursday, June 25, 2010 in London.

In addition to celebration his marriage, Piers is celebrating a victory in court where former wife of Paul McCartney, Heather Mills filed a complaint with Britain’s Press Complaints Commission against Piers for making her celebrity number 100 in his list of The 100 British celebrities who really matter’ for a column he wrote in March.

Heather complained about the part where Piers writes she does: “nothing but bleating letters of complaint to newspapers and divorce lawyers”

She was also miffed at the fact Piers claims to have ‘eternal shame’ for introducing her to McCartney (shouldn’t Paul get to sue Piers for that?). The PCC ruled in his favour saying he didn’t breach the code of conduct.

Congratulations to Piers and Celia.

That title sounds a little obscene doesn’t it?  Clive Owen has just been named the face of the new men’s fragrance from Italian fashion house Bulgari.

The scent:

Does anyone know what the hell ‘top notes of Calabrian bergamot’ even means? Can you get that at Walmart?  Didn’t think so. This scent could smell like chicken for all I care.  Regardless my husband’s getting a bottle for Christmas.

Genealogists have discovered that Robert Pattinson is related to Dracula. Can you believe that? I am inappropriately turned on by this.  According to Access Hollywood:

Genealogists say the 24-year-old “Twilight” star is related to Vlad the Impaler, widely cited as the inspiration for the main character in Bram Stoker’s “Dracula.”

Researchers at Ancestry.com discovered that Pattinson and the Transylvanian leader (real name: Vlad III Dracula) are connected through their relationship to the British royal family. Prince William and Prince Harry are Pattinson’s distant cousins; Vlad the Impaler was their distant uncle.

“Tracing Pattinson’s family back to Vlad was difficult research, but the pieces that unraveled created the perfect accompaniment to the Twilight Saga,” said Anastasia Tyler, a genealogist at Ancestry.com. “Without any myth or magic, we find royalty and vampires lurking in Pattinson’s life — making his story just as supernatural as the one he’s playing on screen.”

Also connected to the prince’s lineage and therefore to Dracula? Stephenie Meyer, the author of the “Twilight” series.

I did not know that RPattz was distantly related to Prince William and Prince Harry! Did you?

I’m sure if my roots were traced back you would see I was related to some crazy horny biotch who is probably institutionalized somewhere. Meh.  That’s life.
