Gwen Stefani rocked her trademark red lips as she, Gavin Rossdale and the kidlets Kingston and Zuma spent part of their Fourth of July at CVS Pharmacy and Party City in Hollywood where they picked up some birthday balloons. People with birthdays on holidays get totally ripped off.
