Pamela Anderson‘s recent PETA billboard has been banned in Montreal.  According to City Commissioner Josee Rocheford:

‘I have to inform you that we, as public officials representing a municipal government, cannot endorse this image of Ms Anderson’.

‘It is not so much controversial as it goes against all principles public organisations are fighting for in the everlasting battle of equality between men and women. We therefore will not give you a permit to hold your event on Place Jacques-Cartier’

I’m not sure I’m buying that reasoning.  As far as I know (and this is from a couple of years back so I realize it may have changed) the province of Quebec was the only province in all of North America that did not have animal cruelty laws. If that is still the case I have to wonder if it relates to that because as Pamela Anderson states:

‘In a city that is known for its exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that a woman would be banned from using her own body in a political protest over the suffering of cows and chickens… I didn’t think that Canada would be so puritanical’

Something doesn’t make sense, right? PETA Senior Vice President Dan Mathews:

‘I think that city officials are confusing ‘sexy’ with ‘sexist‘

Pink was performing in Nurnberg, Germany when her harness didn’t work and she fell onto a barricade, but she’s okay as she Tweeted from the ambulance:

to all my nurnberg fans…I am embarassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine.”

“didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly,drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade “

It’s like it flung her into it.  Isn’t it great we have Twitter? After being released from the hospital she updated her fans:

“nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b*tch!!!” Thanx nurnberg “

Ha! I love Pink! ‘I made that barricade my b*tch’.  Too funny.  I’m sure Pink‘s fans understand and are just happy she’s ok.

Pink‘s husband Carey Hart also tweeted about it:

“already out of the hospital” and “all good. Just got the s*** kicked out of her by the barrier.”

The very sexy Brooklyn Decker poses on the red carpet of last night’s 2010 ESPY Awards and reminds us all why she is the cover girl for this year’s Sport’s Illustrated swimwear edition.  Hubba Hubba.  What a body.

Lots of Dancing With The Stars‘ were on hand:  Cheryl Burke, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani, Niecy Nash and of course ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, and Olympians Apolo Ohno and Evan Lysacek were also there.

Fellow Olympians Lindsey Vonn and Shaun White were there as was Ashley Greene, KendraWilkinson, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Samuel L Jackson and the legendary Julius Erving.

Funnyman Craig Ferguson and his wife Megan are expecting a baby! He Tweeted yesterday:

“Holy crackers! Mrs F is pregnant. How did that happen?” “Oh yeah I know how. Another Ferguson arrives in 2011. The world trembles.”

That is so awesome! To me he is one of the funniest men on television and he’s hot.  He has a son 9 year-old Milo Hamish from a previous marriage.  He and Megan have been married since December 2008.

Congratulations to the happy couple.

I’m not sure what I love more? Cookies, cake and all things sweet? Or pictures of Gerard Butler whether he is filming movies or just being Gerard Butler.  He is pictured here in some new photos on the set of Machine Gun Preacher rocking his slicked back mullet head with his arm around some lucky girl. The photo set says she’s a fan but I’m not sure how a fan got that close to the set.  I may need to find her and get some stalking tips from her because that is most impressive.

In honur of Gerard, I think I’m going to rock my own mullet today. I can’t wait to see everyone’s reaction when I walk into the bank and they all nod and have that sympathetic look like ‘she’s finally lost it, we knew it was coming’.

The Armani Exchange is the place to be to not only engage in some retail therapy but also to see your favourite stars.

A few Dancing With The Stars cast members were there including Maksim Chmerkovskiy who naturally had to take off his top before donning an apron.

He and Tony Dovolani looked to be hanging out at an ice cream truck before engaging in water fights.  It was all part of the  ’Cool Down For A Cause’ with proceeds to benefit the SurfRider Foundation and their efforts with the Gulf Oil Spill. Perhaps Maksim picked up an outfit for Wednesday night’s ESPY’s for his date with Erin Andrews.

Hot Gilles Marini was there with his gorgeous wife and sweet son.

Carmen Electra looked like she was trying to put a plastic sword town her very tight jeans.  I’m thinking she wasn’t able to accomplish that. She’s looking quite hot, isn’t she?

Jessica Lowdnes,  Barrett Foa, Jackie Tohn, and Boo Boo Stewart also got their shop on.
