Angelina Jolie is pictured here at the Moscow, Russia premiere of Salt where she jazzes up the red carpet in a sexy red halter Atelier Versace dress.  I’ve also included the pictures of her at the press conference prior to the premiere.

Salt did very well at the box office its opening weekend with $36.5 million in box office receipts. It was second to Leonardo DiCaprio‘s Inception, which earned $43.5 million in its second weekend out.

In Salt Angelina plays CIA agent falsely accused of being a Russian spy. The movie is getting really good buzz by critics. Did you see it this opening weekend? Did you like? Do you plan on seeing it?

Christina Applegate looks radiantly beautiful as she shows off her baby bump at the Los Angeles premiere of Cats and Dogs yesterday.

She announced at the event that she is launching a cancer charity, Right Action For Women in September and her hope is that the project will aid women to get any cancer detected early.

“It’s a programme giving financial aid to high-risk women who can’t afford to get MRIs, which is how I found my cancer.

“It’s unfortunate that insurance companies (in America) don’t cover the cost of that. It’s such an incredible device because you can find it at an early detection stage. We started our pilot programme and started helping women already, even though we aren’t launched.

“The other aspect of the programme is to do genetic counselling and help women understand what being high-risk means, and understanding what foods are good for their bloods and how to prevent this disease from happening. That has been my mission.”

In addition to Christina planning the arrival of her first baby, and working on her cancer charity, she has a film, Going The Distance (which stars Drew Barrymore and Justin Long) opening August 27th.

And she’s just wrapped Hall Pass which also stars Alyssa Milano, Owen Wilson, Jenna Fisher and others.  That  film hits theatres February 25, 2011.

Just when you thought Michael Lohan couldn’t be a bigger douchebag he surprises even the most skeptical.  His latest quest to keep him in the public eye (and get even with Kate Major’s claims he kicked her in the face and threatened her life) is to now sell naked photos of her to the highest bidder.

Desperate doesn’t even describe this piece of garbage. It’s men like this that courts should be ordered to sterilize and possibly cut his peen off to save women (and future children) the misery of knowing him. Or perhaps somewhere in this world there exists an island where people like him can go live and never find their way back to the mainland?

The most disgusting thing about all of this is that it appears Kate was ASLEEP.  That means the photos were taken without her knowledge and consent.  I’m not sure this is the brightest move for a man facing criminal charges but I hope this b*stard serves a lot of time for this.

I am not a fan of Kate Major, at all.  In fact I questioned her sanity for even hooking up with this douchebag.  How desperate does a girl have to be, after all? But she doesn’t deserve this.  Whether she was assaulted by him or not, she doesn’t deserve this.  Only a coward takes a picture of a woman asleep with her top down exposing her breasts (gee, I wonder if he arranged her top that way?), and then decides to raffle them off to the highest bidder.

Does this douche really wonder why his daughter Lindsay Lohan wants nothing to do with him? If you want to see the censored picture Gawker has it. Apparently a source to Gawker has told them Michael is selling them.

Kate has responded to the photos via Popeater:

“Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He look these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O’Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone the reproduces them.”

Michael released his own statement to Popeater:

“She has no money, no job and she’s been living off of me for the last 8 months… and her dad just cut her off. If she doesn’t stop the nonsense, more and more will come out. I am tired of being used and people who need to make up stories to make money off others.” Lohan said. “I have more important issues to deal with than Kate Major.”

Michael Lohan is such a class act.

This guy is so down-to-earth, humble, unassuming and freaking gorgeous.  Did I mention gorgeous?

Taylor Momsen performed yesterday with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Vans Warped Tour at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida where she donned her lingerie and Lucite stripper shoes complete with a little mad money in the platform.

Sixteen year old (I know, right?) Taylor recently sat down with MTV about her sense of fashion and how firing her stylists was freeing:

+ ON HER STYLE:
“I don’t really think that much about it. I kind of just dress in whatever makes me feel comfortable. I like a lot of leather, I like a lot of dresses. I guess it’s been known to be provocative. But it’s not for any other purpose than I dress for myself, and I do myself up kind of like a doll. I have a doll collection and I look at their outfits and kind of imitate them.

+ ON HER BEAUTY ROUTINE:
“I don’t use a specific brand. I use whatever black eyeshadow and black eyeliner and whatever I can find in my closet that isn’t empty — or my makeup case — that isn’t empty now, and I just charcoal it on. When I go into a store, I just go, ‘What’s the blackest eyeshadow and eyeliner you have?’ And whatever that is, I buy it at the time.”

+ ON FIRING HER STYLIST:
“My music reflects my style because my music reflects me and so does my music. I don’t think being in a band has allowed me to be more free, I think firing my stylist has allowed me to be more free. I now dress myself, and told everyone who was telling me to look a certain way and fit a certain mold for the niche that I was being put in, and I said f— that. … I was getting molded into this thing that wasn’t who I am, and fitting into the world that can make you popular or something. I was never the popular chick so I don’t even know what that means. … Just making that mental decision that I’m going to be myself and if people hate it they can hate it but at least I’m happy with how I’m walking down the street.”

+ ON DOING MORE FASHION CAMPAIGNS, LIKE MADONNA’S LINE, MATERIAL GIRL:
“I’ve now started to do more campaigns and things, and I enjoy it, I’m not against it. Where it will go, I have no idea. I’m playing rock shows all summer, so that’s what I’m doing now.”

Taylor turns 17 tomorrow.  Happy Birthday Taylor.
