It’s not Cousin Itt (people her age will probably have no clue what I’m talking about), it’s Taylor Momsen! She and her band The Pretty Reckless are seen performing at The V Festival at Hydes Park in England. I still can’t get over she is only 17.

Taylor recently did a video of behind-the-scenes for Spin Magazine for her photo shoot and interview.  She talks about how she takes her “girly meets tough stuff” style to the next level on stage and how it relates to her music.

The Pretty Reckless‘ debut album Light Me Up is due out later this year in the US on Interscope Records.
