TMZ is reporting that rapper T.I. and his new bride Tameka Cottle have been arrested on possession of a controlled substance. the two were driving down Sunset Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. last night when copes pulled them over after they smelled pot.  Sure enough there was pot.

T.I. just got out of jail after having served seven months in a prison for federal weapon charges and is still on probation.  This isn’t good for him.

Why on earth would anyone, but especially a famous person who is on probation, be smoking weed on Sunset Boulevard?

The story originally aired at 12:30 a.m. and at the time they were still in jail with bail being set at $10,000.
