Kelly Osbourne looks gorgeous showing some leg in her short cream-coloured dress as she makes her way to the E! Studios for her appearance on Chelsea Lately where someone delivered her a basket of English-type goodies.  The camera adds 10 freaking pounds. She is shrinking!!

She looks great and healthy. But the pappers have caused her a lot of stress so she’s moving:

“A lot of people have been trying to take pictures of me in my house… and they broke my gate and my parents don’t feel safe now that I live alone.”

So she’s temporarily back at her parents’ house until she finds something else:

“I’ve been staying in the apartment until I get a place in a secure building.”
