Britney Spears‘ camp has taken to the entertainer’s website issuing a statement regarding the allegations in the lawsuit filed Wednesday:

This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.  The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.

I wish people would leave Britney alone and just let her be.  She isn’t malicious, she doesn’t lash out at anyone, she’s a sweet nice girl who just does her thing.

Douchebags never prosper.

Gisele Bundchen’s husband and baby daddy, Tom Brady was involved in a 2 car crash this morning in Boston at around 6:15 a.m. when his vehicle ran into a van.

Brady was described as pretty banged up but refused medical treatment at the scene and it is believed he will see the medical staff of the New England Patriots.

The driver of the mini van has been sent to hospital with reportedly serious injuries. According to TMZ Tom Brady was not at fault in the accident.

A former bodyguard of Britney Spears‘, Fernando Flores (I think that’s him pictured above) filed a lawsuit against her on Wednesday claiming sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress due to her constantly flashing him and making inappropriate suggestions etc.

He is also claiming that Britney acted inappropriately in front of her children including whipping them with his belt.

Britney’s ex-husband and father of her children, Kevin Federline has come to her defense.  Or rather he had his lawyer dispute the claims:

Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press that Flores’ accusations had been looked into before the suit was filed and warranted no action. He said Federline takes any allegations of abuse or wrongdoing regarding the former couple’s children seriously.

“He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives,” Kaplan said. “They are as baseless as they seem.”

Federline has custody of  Jayden James and Sean Preston but Britney has ‘substantial’ visitation rights.

Fernandes worked for Britney Spears less than 6 months and additionally tried suing another former employer Advanced Security Concepts Corp although AP does not state what that lawsuit was about. No one at his former company was willing to talk about it.

Britney has had her share of tough times for sure, but to suggest she hits her children with a belt seems a bit outrageous to me. Misguided is one thing.  Malicious and evil are quite another and Britney is neither. I’m glad that her ex spoke up even if it was through his lawyer.

I hope Britney turns around and counter sues this guy for slander and defamation of character.

Matthew Bomer, Tim DeKay, Hilarie Burton (isn’t she the chick that just expressed a child from her loins for Jeffrey Dean Morgan?..can’t say I blame her), Marsha Thomason and Paul Blackthorne are in Central Park filming scenes and making me wonder why I didn’t plan a vacation to New York this week.  Damn.

It is the happiest of hump days now that I have some pictures of Kiefer Sutherland. He is with my nemesis his girlfriend Siobhan and a couple of friends in the West Village having lunch.  One of which gives the pappers the one finger salute.

Kiefer being in New York is one step closer to my plan coming to fruition in which we ‘bump’ into each other in Toronto and as we gaze into each other’s blood-shot eyes we realize ‘the restraining order isn’t effective so much’.  *Sigh*  I love when a plan comes together.

Don’t be scared Kiefer.  I don’t bite.  Unless you ask nicely
