Is it true love or is it stupidity? I know that sounds terribly cynical but in this day and age, especially in showbidness, especially with the type of wealth these two bring to the table I would think their ‘people’ would insist on a prenup.

This Has Got To Be Russell Brand’s Favourite Movie Premiere [PHOTOS]

Russell Brand and Katy Perry are set to start their wedding festivities next week (it’s a week-long party) with the actual wedding ceremony taking place October 23 it is being reported.

I know they are madly in love but people change despite how good intentions are at the beginning.  Listen to me! I sound so bitter and cynical and I am anything but.  Okay sometimes I’m cynical, but I very much believe in long-term marriage but this is show business after all! According to Russell at the New York Times Talks:

“We just love each other and we want to get married in front of our friends and family and keep it very normal,”

“It ain’t about selling the pictures, it ain’t about doing no pre-nup, it’s just a normal thing.”

I actually think that is refreshing and very lovely, however I’m not sure I think the no pre-nup thing is such a good idea. What do you think?

Tyler Perry is exhausted and needs a break and being the class act that he is he personally addressed his fans to let them know that although he has to cancel some dates of his ‘encore leg’ of the MADEO Tour,  they will get a full refund:

You have no idea how hard this is for me to do but I wanted you to hear it
from me first. After 125 performances in 126 days last spring, and doing
two movies back-to-back this summer, then coming right back on tour and
doing another 30 performances in as many days it’s all become too much.
I’m truly so exhausted.

So, with that said, unfortunately starting next week, October 19th, I am
going to have to cancel some dates of the “encore leg” of the MADEA’s BIG
HAPPY FAMILY tour.  I know a lot of you worked really hard to buy those
tickets and I want to assure you that you will be refunded for the ticket
price at your point of purchase.

I feel terrible about this and hope you can understand but right now I’m
not capable of giving you the show you want and deserve.  I hope one day
soon I will be able to make it up to you.

I want to thank the nearly 750,000 fans who bought tickets and have
crowded these arenas and theaters across the country this year, and made
this one of the most special tours I’ve ever had. With me dealing with so
much personal grief after the loss of my mother, it could not have come at
a better time. You all helped me through it and feeling the love and
support of the people who started it all was just what I needed. I felt it
and I still do.  Thank you.

I am so sorry, but I am starting to realize that I am human and I have to
know when to slow down.  Again, I am so sorry.  I feel like I’ve let you
down.

A big mouthed “source” told Us Weekly that,

“It’s very hush-hush.  She’s telling people she can’t travel.”

Rachel even passed on the bubbly at the Polo match over the weekend.  Water with lemon was her beverage of choice while hubby put down the the champagne.  Now all she needs to do to really confirm the pregnancy is eat.  Yes, that would do it for me. Seeing Rachel Zoe eat publicly would be all the confirmation I need.

One thing is for certain, Rachel is going to have the best dressed baby bump in Hollywood.  I wonder if she’s started designing her maternity wardrobe yet?

After last night’s elimination show in which Mike The Situation Sorrentino was voted off the dance floor, he along with a bunch of others from Dancing With The Stars attended the Doctrine Clothing and Devotion Vodka launch event, held at Boudoir – Inside in West Hollywood.

He was on Good Morning America this morning where he explained the reason the judges were so harsh on him because they:

“were trying to make a statement”  ”It’s kinda like the first day of class when you see the most popular kid in class and wanna make an example of them.”

Perhaps his cocky attitude rubbed them the wrong way and maybe he does have a point (a very small one), but truth of the matter is he isn’t that great of a dancer.  And no offence to The Situation, but I’d say Jennifer Grey is the popular kid in the class this season.

Back to last night’s launch. Lots of your favourites from the show were there including:

By the looks of things, the 22nd season of Survivor is going to be quite the mix.  As more and more of the casting is leaked, I am left scratching my head, wondering where the producers and creative minds are coming up with these people?

Carrie Prejean Cast on Survivor 22 – Redemption Island

Yesterday we found out the Carrie Prejean will be on the island along with Russell Hantz and Boston Rob.  This could be very a very interesting dynamic.  Now they are adding someone from the other end of the spectrum, MMA Fighter, Kimbo Slice aka Kevin Ferguson.  OMG!  Can you see him next to Carrie?  This could bring on some serious comedy.

Either way, Surrvivor 22: Redemption Island is going to be anything but dull.  The pot will boil over, repeatedly…. I promise you that.  I can hardly wait.

For tonight’s episode of the current season, they just need to dump NaOnka and all will be well with the world.
