What’s a good season of Dancing With The Stars without some juicy rumors and showmances?  The center of the gossip this week is Mark Ballas.  The super cute and oh so sweet pro dancer has been showing a whole lotta chemistry with his partner, Bristol Palin on and off the dance floor.  He’s always very touchy feely with her and she soaks it up like a dry sponge.  So… if things are heating up for Mark and Bristol, why was he out to dinner with ‘So You Think You Dance’s‘ Jeanine Mason?!

This pair was spotted leaving Mastro’s steakhouse in Los Angeles a few night’s ago and that has naturally triggered romantic rumors.  So who’s the right right girl for the sexy Mark Ballas?  I am personally rooting for Bristol.  That girl could use a good man in her life after being drug through the mud by Levi Johnston.  Mark is adorable and sweet.  I’d love to see things take off for them.  If nothing else, Bristol needs a good shag and I believe that Mark would be the perfect candidate for that!

Angelina Jolie is making her directorial debut on a movie in Budapest, Hungary and gets a visit by her life-partner Brad Pitt.  These two look tighter than ever, don’t they? If you notice in one of the pictures, he is taking photos of (I think) her. He was in Boston shooting his film Moneyball.

While they are staying in Budapest she has enrolled the kids in school according to a source telling People:

“Angelina has enlisted her children into an elite French-American school that they will attend from next week on. The school has a kindergarten, too, where Zahara and Shiloh will attend.”

Matt Damon appeared on David Letterman tonight where he talked about taking his family to a pumpkin patch in New Jersey where they went to a corn maze before picking their pumpkins.

The kiddie maze took no time at all, but they got lost in the adult maze for over 2 hours. It’s always entertaining to watch Matt Damon on David Letterman.  I get the impression that David is a huge fan of Matt’s both personally and professionally.

Sam Rockwell and Hilary Swank star in the upcoming Conviction (release date December 1, 2010). Based on a true story, Hilary plays Betty Anne Waters, a working mother who puts herself through law school to defend her brother Kenny (played by Sam Rockwell) who has been wrongly convicted of murder.

The two got along so well that Sam jokingly refers to Hilary as a diva:

“She’s always in my light, she’s always ‘me me me… Frappuccino’,”

All kidding aside he has an odd way of conveying his love of her:

“No, no.  She’s amazing. I wanna punch her I love her so much.

“She is such a dedicated actress and I just love her work ethic. She really comes in there guns blazing. She’s formidable.”

I’m all for quirky, off-beat comedy and whatnot, but the punching part doesn’t really make me laugh or even crack a smile for that matter. I know he’s joking (jeezuz I hope so) but is it just me? Is it because I’m tired and very hungry that I find no humour in this? Do you find that funny?

Hilary is very hopeful for this film:

“I think this is gonna shine a pretty bright light on some things that need to be fixed,”

“This type of story is why I’m an actor. You know, I love people stories and everyone has a story, and this is one of those that you carry forever in your heart,”

The character Betty Anne spent 18 years trying to exonerate her brother. The punching thing aside, this does sound like an incredible movie, doesn’t it? Would you go see it?

Christina Aguilera gets a hug from a friend in these first pictures since her divorced has been confirmed. I am still in shock that she split with Jordan Bratman but I guess that’s life.

According to a source they had been separated for a few months as they realized they were more like friends than husband and wife.

This is the week for celebrity splits.  First Laura Dern/Ben Harper, then Courtney Cox and David Arquette and now Xtina. Must be something in the celebrity fountain of youth.
