The 8th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party was loaded with young stars at the Paramount Studios in Los Angeles last night.  There were appearances by Victoria Justice, Chelsea Staub, Lo Bosworth, and Lauren Conrad.  Yeah the last two aren’t  really teens anymore are they?

Anyhow, the stand out look of the night had to be that of Emma Roberts.  The 19 year old, rising star is just wrapping up her seventh project of the year and apparently she is feeling beyond her years.  How else do you explain the deep, plunging neckline on that dress?  Emma has such a youthful face and is 19 years young.  She looks like she was playing dress up in her mom’s closet.  When you look at how the rest of the stars her age were dressed, Emma looks a little ridiculous.

No need to rush things and grow up that fast, right?

The 48th Annual New York Film Festival was in full swing when Russell Brand arrived at the premiere of ‘The Tempest‘ for our viewing pleasure. What’s not to love about Russell when he grabs the camera and gets dirty with the telephoto lens, inspiring dirty thoughts? He was stroking that piece of equipment like a pro, don’t ‘cha think?

When I see the shots of Russell with Helen Mirren, I imagine that she felt dirty and needed to take a hot shower ASAP.  That Russell Brand is a naughty boy!  And that’s why we adore him!  Yep, I am pretty sure that Helen wanted a quick shag…. she was manhandling that hot boy!  Talk about a cougar!  Watch out Katy Perry, Helen’s got her hands on your man!

Lisa Rinna is pushing 50.  Well, she’s 47 and she looks hot.  Yes, we all know that Lisa Rinna has more plastic in her than a MasterCard manufacturer.  But she looks amazing next to Heidi Montag who looks like Halloween threw up on her…in the spring.

Lisa and her hubby, Harry Hamlin just wrapped up filming a reality show for TV Land called ‘Harry Loves Lisa.’  It is focused on their 13 year marriage, loaded with love along with their two kids, Delilah Belle, 12, and Amelia Gray, 9.

I actually might have to check it out.  Lisa Rinna is somehow very interesting to me and I’d like to see a little behind the scenes in her life.

The show premieres on TVLand on Wednesday, October 6 at 10/9c.

Shakira’s  latest music video from her upcoming album, Sale el  Sol set to release on October 19th is sure to make you get up and try your best to shake your hips with her insane rhythm.  ’Loca’ featuring Dizzee Rascal is a fun, fresh, daring video that was filmed in Barcelona and even landed Shakira and the crew in a bit of trouble with the cops there when she did the scene in the fountain.  But it was worth it, right?  It’s hot!  Shakira ditches the stilettos for some roller skates and she completely owns it.

Dancing With The Stars just added another name to it’s list of celebs on board, only this one isn’t there to dance. Ray-J is doing a one time correspondent gig for Extra TV just like Vienna Girardi did last season.

Ray-J’s rep told Us,

“He’s doing it because he loves the show and wants to support Brandy’s effort to win.”

The VH1 star will film on Monday night interviewing his sister (Brandy), Audrina Patridge and The Situation.  Then Extra will air the footage on Tuesday.

Seeing as how this is only a one time gig, I don’t think all the Ray-J fans need to go nuts over this.  He’s still known for his past with Kim Kardashian and his god awful ‘For The Love of Ray-J‘ show on VH1.  Yeah, I’m no fan.  I love me some DWTS though, so he can’t ruin it for me.

Rebecca Gayheart and her husband Eric Dane make beautiful babies, don’t they? Look at Billie Beatrice’s cheeks, and those toes. I could have sworn she just had her daughter a couple of months ago.

The little one is either freakishly tall for her age or more time has passed than I care to acknowledge. Actually Billie is 7 months old. Is that tall for a 7 month old? So adorable!
