Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor co-star in, I Love You Phillip Morris.  This movie is not the norm for either of these huge stars, but they found major chemistry on set and came out with some good kisses!  Jim said,

“I mean, look at the guy. I have to say, he is a great kisser.”

I can imagine that Ewan is a good kisser, I just never thought I’d hear Jim say that!  So how do two straight guys get through a kiss like that?

“As Ewan said, ‘When you’re kissing another guy it can get a little prickly,’” Carrey explains. “Actually, you had to put out of your mind your own sexual preference and just try to understand that you were loving another person who just happens to be a guy. It wasn’t about male or female, love is love.”

This movie is the improbable but true story of a spectacularly charismatic conman’s journey from small-town businessman to flamboyant white-collar criminal, who repeatedly finds himself in trouble with the law and on the lam, brilliantly escaping from the Texas prison system on four separate occasions – all in the name of love.  Steven Russell (Jim Carrey) leads a seemingly average life – an organ player in the local church, happily married to Debbie (Leslie Mann), and a member of the local police force. That is until he has a severe car accident that leads him to the ultimate epiphany: he’s gay and he’s going to live life to the fullest – even if he has to break the law to do it. Taking on an extravagant lifestyle, Steven turns to cons and fraud to make ends meet and is eventually sent to the State Penitentiary where he meets the love of his life, a sensitive, soft-spoken man named Phillip Morris (Ewan McGregor). His devotion to freeing Phillip from jail and building the perfect life together prompts him to attempt (and often succeed at) one impossible con after another. Told with an uncanny sense of humor and a lot of heart, “I Love You Phillip Morris” is an oddball tale of what can happen when the legal system, a daredevil spirit and undying love collide.

I am very curious about this movie now.  I have to see it to believe it, I guess.  Jim Carrey is always such the “funny guy”, it’s hard to think of him in this role…. should be really good!

So the rumors about Mariah Carey being pregnant with twins are still flying about, thanks to that “they” interview.  When she was asked about the possibility of twins by Extra, she said,

“I’m not telling anyone!”

Oh my!!  That almost sounds like a yes to me!  If she wasn’t having twins, wouldn’t she have said, ‘heck no!’?  Or pointed out that she could never handle twins…. that’s what I would say if the rumor was false.  But she’s not denying it.  I think Mariah is having twins! OMG!

She quickly moved onto to talking about her body and cravings,

“My fingers obviously swelled a little bit,” she says. “I can’t even get this ring off if I tried!  My taste bud situation is unparalleled…  I don’t know what it is, but I’m just about fruit for some reason. It has to be really good for me to like it.”

Well fruit is a great craving to have.  I know a lot of women that wished they’d had fruit cravings instead of ice cream ones while they were pregnant.  The pounds aren’t so severe that way.

Blink 182′s Travis Barker is out to do some good and help kids fight the urge to do drugs.  He’s teaming up with Toby Morse from H2O to promote sober living through music among young students in New York City.  They want to youth to realize that every rocker out isn’t a drug addict like the world generally sees them as.

Travis is planning on donating 10-20 full drum sets to NYC schools through Toby’s “One Life One Chance” program.  This will begin on December 1st at Gramercy Arts High School.

How exciting for all of those kids.  I think it’s fantastic the these guys are doing this.  No one is making them.  It’s just some good love from their hearts for the kids of today that can use all the support they can get.  What a great way to kick off the Christmas spirit of giving.

Dancing With The Stars champ Jennifer Grey and her runner up, Kyle Massey teamed up with Disney to launch a new video game ‘Epic Mickey” in Times Square, New York City.  Kyle looks great!  He really lost some weight during the show!  And Jennifer looks amazing as always, she never looks her age.  Such a complete doll!

I am not exactly a gamer, you know I’d rather gossip!  Anyhow, when I saw the trailer for Epic Mickey, I thought it looked crazy good, like I have to try it out.

Here’s the description:

Disney Epic Mickey is an action-adventure platforming game for the Wii console that sends Mickey Mouse on an epic journey of creativity and discovery. As Mickey, the player is propelled into Wasteland, an alternate world made up of Disney’s forgotten creative efforts, and is given the power to wield paint and paint thinner to dynamically change the world while determining Mickey’s path to becoming an epic hero. Chad Ochocinco has confirmed that he is in fact engaged to Evelyn Lozada.  He announced the big news on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show today.  He gave Evelyn a 10-carat ring from Jason Beverly Hills.  Gulp.  I can't imagine wearing a rock like that… it would make me nervous and I am not used to that kind of heavy lifting.

OMG.  Close enough?  I'd be really, really ticked off if my man said I was "close enough."   I'd take that 10-carat boulder and chuck it at his head!

Chad has plans to make some mini Ochocinos too,

"Maybe [we'll have] … a couple babies.  You never know what'll happen."

I don't know if the world could handle any more Ochocinos though…… watch out!
