Renee Zellweger is planning on spending a lot more time on the west coast.  So much more that she’s selling her New York CIty apartments because that’s how little she’ll be needing them!

Renee is selling two adjacent properties on Manhattan’s posh Upper East Side for the reasonable price of $9 million.  There is a combined 5,000 square feet of living space between the two apartments that anyone knows is huge in NYC.  I think $9 mil is a bargain!

So what’s on west coast?  Hmmmm, could it be Bradley Cooper?  I’d move anywhere for that hunk of burnin’ love too!  And when you’re a star, California is a great place to live, everything is at your fingertips, making for a lot less traveling.

John Travolta might be thousands of miles away.  But he and Kelly Preston have opted to name their new son together and have even announced it, before his birth. Drumroll…… Benjamin!

All of the John Travolta gay rumors seem really justified at this point.  My question is, why is Kelly tolerating it?  It can’t be the paycheck she’s getting, can it?  She’s got her own career… it just doesn’t make sense to me.

Karina Smirnoff attended last night’s Tao’s 5th Year Anniversary at The Venetian Resort & Casino last night where she flashed the gorgeous 4.5 carat Asscher Cut diamond engagement ring she received from Brad Penny confirming their engagement. She told People they’ve been engaged since October 4:

“We kept it quiet because my family is in New York and Brad’s family is in Oklahoma so we kind of wanted them to come out and celebrate and be a family first before we let the cat out of the bag”

Her manager was in on the surprise proposal by telling her the president of Twitter wanted to meet her:

“We went to this restaurant and [my manager] got on her phone and said ‘this guy is killing me,’ and got up and walked away, Then Brad walked in and it still didn’t register. He got down on one knee and he opened the box and I said, ‘Thank you’. I honestly didn’t expect it.”

Brad didn’t attend last night’s celebration but did send a hand-written note of apology in a fortune cookie with an Everlon diamond necklace.  Karina says:

“I’m marrying a Southern Gentleman”

Biotch you are marrying a rich, generous Southern gentleman.  Congratulations to the happy couple.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are back from their honeymoon and are on the red carpet of the MTV Europe Music Awards.  This is their first appearance as a married couple since their wedding.

Her dress is quite fitting.  ’Admit One’.  Yeah, if I had Russell Brand I would admit that dirty boy to the freaky carnival show that is my bedroom.

These two look very happy together.  Marriage looks good on them. I’m happy for them.  Not really, but that is the customary thing to say, right?

You could see this one coming. Miley Cyrus is being slammed for her Corona drinking in Madrid the other night.  So predictable I tell ya.  It’s not a slough of angry parents, not yet anyhow.  It’s the International Institute for Alcohol Awareness that is coming down on Miley for her beer sippin’.

James E. Copple is the head of the organization and he says,

“85% of young people who drink, drink to get intoxicated.  The young people that see her as a role model could mimic the same behavior and as a consequence will go out and become intoxicated, putting their safety at risk.”

And this is true because teenaged drinkers didn’t exist until Miley Cyrus put the bottle to her mouth?  Honestly.  The amount of pressure they put on that poor girl is ridiculous. Miley Cyrus can drink beer in from of cops in Madrid and it’s okay.  If she shows up in America, serving your child beers, then you can blame her for something, until then, I think Copple and his crew need to butt out.
