TooFab has the exclusive photo of Mel Gibson as a Hobo at a Halloween costume Friday night and they have been kind enough to let us use it.  I guess he tried to be as inconspicuous as he could be, although I suppose a bag over his head would have worked too.

According to TooFab, it is 100% confirmed to be Mel Gibson and:

A source tells TooFab that Gibson “smoked cigarettes, and appeared to have fun talking to a rotation of women. Disguising his face, and sometimes his voice, he seemed to enjoy being incognito, and only a handful of people seemed to have found him out.”

Also at the bash were David Arquette (dressed as Elvis), Kevin Connolly (dressed asGilligan from “Gilligan’s Island,” Jerry Ferrara, Leonardo DiCaprio (wearing a mask),Stacy Keibler and Molly Sims (dressed as a cat).

He is supposed to be facing off with Oksana today at a deposition.

Rihanna was seen out last night (Halloween) at the Whisky Mist club and wouldn’t you expect something really outrageous from the fashion forward star in the way of costumes? Yeah, me too.  More in the Lady Gaga realm.  From the looks of her attire (below), I’d say that RiRi was going for the ‘PeTA Bait’ look.  Why else would you wear that oversized fur jacket?  Rihanna looks like she really didn’t want to have her photo taken, but must you hide behind an animal carcass?

Oh boy, oh boy.  The PeTA folks are going to have a hay day with this one.  I’m pretty surprised that fur coasts haven’t been outlawed yet.  With all of the animal rights activists and celebrity support, you’d think that that the coats would be extinct.

And the talk she’s talking is no divorce.  Courteney Cox is obviously not moving on with her life.  She’s still holding onto her marriage to blabber-mouth David Arquette.  Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t think any couple should throw away their marriage. I think everyone needs to try to work it out, especially when there are kids involved.  But, man. Courteney is being really patient and/or forgiving since David is the one who’s been spouting off to everyone who will listen.  Tactless.

The upcoming vote for marijuana legalization in California tomorrow was the reason behind the ballsy move.  Zach said,

“It’s a tricky thing politically to jump on that bandwagon because I think that maybe people still see it as taboo.”

This is the first time that anyone has openly smoked weed on US television and um, it’s hilarious, don’t you think?  I mean, how shocking would it be to sit there, interviewing someone and they light a joint?!
