For those of you who are unaware, Nicole Richie has been battling it out in the courts, trying to get protection from a very stalker-y paparazzi dude.  This guy, Fabricio Luis Mariotto has been full on stalking Nicole and her kids like a total criminal.  He’s even taken to camping outside of little Harlow’s daycare to take pictures of her.

So I know that the photogs are supposed to sort of stalk the celebs.  But this guy is out of control.  When you are waiting outside a preschool to get photos of the little ones, somethings gotta give.  And not to sound mean, but how many pictures of Harlow do we need dude?  She is one of the cutest little girls ever, but that doesn’t mean the public wants you to document her every move!  That’s what mommy and daddy’s video camera is for douche!

So anyhow, Nicole was attempting to get a permanent restraining order against him. Then today, her lawyer, Mark Geragos met with Fabricio Luis Mariotto outside of court to draw up an agreement that states Mariotto must stay away from Nicole and her family for 5 years.

Now he can’t sit outside her house, follow her or be outside of Harlow’s preschool.  All Nicole has to do is drop her request for the permanent restraining order.  Sounds good to me.  I am thinking that in 5 years, when this agreement has expired, he will have found another family to harass.
