Jersey Shore star, Ronnie Ortiz was indicted by a grand jury yesterday in Ocean County.  This is relating to that fight he got into during season 1 with Stephan Izzo.

Ortiz was charged with one count of third-degree assault, that translates into a maximum five year sentence, if convicted.  OMG.  Can you see Ronnie in jail for even a day?  Dropping the soap would be a daily terror for him….

Ronnie’s rep told TMZ,

“This comes as a complete shock to us, as far as we know, our attorneys have been in contact with the prosecutors office and we are waiting to see the documents.”

Hmmm.  What do you think is going to happen?  Will Ronnie be the first Jersey Shore cast member to go to prison?
