Well, one  major tie anyhow.  Jesse James just sold his Orange County home he lived in with Sandra Bullock.  The phenomenal home is located on Sunset Beach and um, can you ay breathtaking?

So how much did he get for it?  Only $4.5 million.  Really?!  I think that’s a bargain for such an amazing home, in such a prime location.  I am sure that the fabulous recession had a lot to do with that bargain price.

I’ll bet that Sandy is more than pleased that Jesse now has one less connection to her.  I sure would be.
