Alison Sweeney Brings You ‘The Mommy Diet’
Alison Sweeney launched her upcoming book, ’The Mommy Diet‘ at The Grove yesterday and she looked fantastic! This sure to be a hit book isn’t going to be released officially until December 28th, but she’s begun the promo tour just in time for Christmas. Alison knows what she’s talking about when it comes to weight loss and all things related to dieting thanks in part ot being a mom of two and also her time as host on The Biggest Loser.
