Reese Witherspoon received her Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star yesterday.  Her induction ceremony was perfection.  Her kids were there to cheer on their amazing momma and she even had her sidekick chiwawa from the Legally Blonde movies there with her.

Reese definitely earned this star and I am kind of surprised she didn’t get it sooner!  I have always been a big fan and I’m really happy for her and her newfound love life.  I am smelling an engagement in the near future. Jim Toth should be popping the question any minute now.  You can’t let a girl like Resse Witherspoon get away!

Apparently the police department in Southern California are not big fans of Ben Affleck or Jennifer Garner for that matter.  They were driving in Santa Monica when they were pulled over and Ben received a speeding ticket.

Kyle Massey started out as a Disney star, then landed his gig on Dancing With The Stars where he got runner up with his partner, Lacey Schwimmer, now he’s going a whole new direction.

Alongside his brother, Chris Massey, he’s taking his career to the music industry as a rapper.  Kyle first rapped on the title song for the Disney film Underdog.  These brothers are called ‘The Massey Boys‘ and plan to release a single in the next couple of months and then do a bit of touring.

Kyle told In Touch,

“It’s good music you can listen to and really like.  We’re wholesome, like Will Smith!”

If you didn’t notice (I did!) Kyle slimmed down a lot on DWTS and he’s planning to be in even better shape for that upcoming tour, so he’s hired a trainer,

“You have to be in shape to run around onstage for two hours!”

I know that Kyle will be great, his young fans will adore him and that huge personality we saw on DWTS is only going to be bigger.  Do you think he’s going to the Tootsee Roll?

For those of you who are unaware, Nicole Richie has been battling it out in the courts, trying to get protection from a very stalker-y paparazzi dude.  This guy, Fabricio Luis Mariotto has been full on stalking Nicole and her kids like a total criminal.  He’s even taken to camping outside of little Harlow’s daycare to take pictures of her.

So I know that the photogs are supposed to sort of stalk the celebs.  But this guy is out of control.  When you are waiting outside a preschool to get photos of the little ones, somethings gotta give.  And not to sound mean, but how many pictures of Harlow do we need dude?  She is one of the cutest little girls ever, but that doesn’t mean the public wants you to document her every move!  That’s what mommy and daddy’s video camera is for douche!

So anyhow, Nicole was attempting to get a permanent restraining order against him. Then today, her lawyer, Mark Geragos met with Fabricio Luis Mariotto outside of court to draw up an agreement that states Mariotto must stay away from Nicole and her family for 5 years.

Now he can’t sit outside her house, follow her or be outside of Harlow’s preschool.  All Nicole has to do is drop her request for the permanent restraining order.  Sounds good to me.  I am thinking that in 5 years, when this agreement has expired, he will have found another family to harass.

Britney Spears was seen earlier today visiting boyfriend (and former manager) Jason Trawick at the William Agency amid the explosive cover The Star Magazine came out with alleging that Britney confessed to ex-husband Jason Alexander that Trawick beat her.

TMZ.com has the photos of her as she arrived at the agency, left and then went back where they were later seen leaving together.

Not only is she showing her solidarity with Trawick but her camp is denying these allegations and are going to sue in a very big way.  Apparently there are audio tapes that they claim are Britney speaking to Alexander but a voice expert has confirmed the voice in fact is not Britney’s.

I know celebrity news has been slow but jeezuz to have to resort to this type of bullsh*t is pathetic on the part of The Star assuming the allegations are false.

Britney’s camp released the following statement on her website:

Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false and Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published.  The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording posted on Radaronline this morning purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process.  These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears’ legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties.
